TS ICET 2024 Phase 1 Counselling (Open): Dates, Web Options, Document Verification

The TS ICET 2024 phase 1 counselling registration link has been activated today and the process will be held untill 8, 2024, on the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates need to pay a counselling fee of INR 1200 (general) or INR 600 (SC/ST) to complete the process. The process also includes document verification, choice filling or web options, downloading provisional seat allotment letters, and reporting to the college. Those who fail to report to their allotted college in the stipulated time will lose their seat, and it may be offered to another candidate in the next round of counselling.

TS ICET 2024 Phase 1 Web Options Process

After document verification, candidates need to register for the TS ICET 2024 Phase 1 web options. Using their registration number, they can generate a password and fill in their choices. There’s no limit on the number of choices candidates can select. 

Candidates should download the list of TS ICET colleges and courses from the official website, tgicet.nic.in. The manual option entry form is also available on the official website and is recommended to help organize choices by institute code, course code, and district code before entering them online.

Change of TS ICET 2024 Phase 1 Web Options

Candidates can modify their selected options as many times as needed within the specified period. To make changes:

• Log in to the TS ICET official website and access the option entry form.
• Click on the link to modify your selected options.
• Adjust the priority or add/remove options from your list.
• Submit your changes and, if necessary, print a copy for reference.

Once your web options are finalized, they must be frozen by the deadline to secure your choices. Based on these selections and other factors, the counselling authority will release the provisional TS ICET 2024 seat allotment, offering seats to the candidates.

TS ICET 2024 Phase 1 Document Verification

Candidates must register for the document verification process, which will be held at various helpline centers. The venue and time for document verification will be based on the TS ICET rank of the candidate. It is compulsory to bring all the required documents to the verification center:

• Mark sheets of SSC/Intermediate or equivalent exams
• Certificates from Class X to Degree
• Caste & Income certificates (issued on or after June 1, 2024)

According to the latest TS ICET 2024 notification, the counselling process will be conducted from 1 to 8 September, 2024. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will handle the registration through the official website icet.tsche.ac.in.
