AILET 2026 Seat Allotment Guidelines
AILET 2026 seat allotment will be based on the preference of the students, their score and the number of available seats. There are some seat allotment guidelines that need to be followed for AILET 2026:
- The first list will be released on the official website of NLU Delhi.
- The general category students who will be selected can participate in the AILET 2026 counselling process.
- The counselling fee has to be paid through the official website of AILET 2026.
- Once the deadline for fee payment is over, the names of the candidates who failed to make the counselling fee payment on time will be removed.
- The counselling fee needs to be paid to ensure that the seats are reserved.
- The seat allotment list will have the name of the applicant, admit card number, candidate’s rank and category.
- Those candidates whose names are on the list have to pay the balance amount before the deadline otherwise the exam authorities will cancel the provisional admission offer.
- The balance fee needs to be paid through the same interface and login credentials through which the counselling fee has been paid.
- NLU Delhi will publish category-wise waiting lists of participants who have enrolled for online counselling.
- If there is a vacancy due to a provisionally selected candidate withdrawing from admission or failing to pay the balance fee within the specified time limit, the seat will be filled from the waiting list of candidates in the order of merit.
- The university authorities will not entertain any requests for fee payment after the deadline under any circumstances.
- Applicants are suggested to complete the payment before the last date to avoid any difficulties.
- NLU Delhi shall not be held liable for any payment-related problems.
