AILET 2025 Seat Allotment Guidelines

Some AILET 2025 seat allotment guidelines need to be followed by the SC candidates:

  • At the time of provisional admission, the applicants must submit the appropriate SC certificate(s) in the original.
  • Provisional admission will not be provided without the SC certificate from the appropriate authority.
  • Furthermore, the SC certificate should always be in the candidate's name. Those certificates which are in the name of the candidate's parents/ guardians/ spouse or any other family members, etc., will not be accepted.
  • The candidate's sole responsibility is to demonstrate their eligibility for reservation under the SC category.
  • Law aspirants claiming reservation under the SC category would be asked to present original certificates during provisional admission and document verification.
  • Seats reserved for SC would be converted to the General Category only if no suitable candidates are present in the merit list of the SC category.
  • While converting the seats, the vacant seats for the SC category will be offered to the ST category.
  • The unfilled seats are also converted to the General category only after offering to the ST candidates is over.
  • A horizontal reservation of 30% of the total seats has to be filled by eligible women candidates, including those chosen in the reserved category.
  • The seats will be assigned as per the AILET 2025 results .
  • Candidates who are selected will be notified immediately by the university through email and the university's website.
  • The applicants will be given a time limit for admission, once it is over, the admission offer will be cancelled.
  • The same approach will be followed for the waitlist candidates.
  • The AILET 2025 counselling fee has to be paid through the official website.
  • Only after paying the counselling fee, the seat will be reserved.
