Commissioner of School Education (CSE) Andhra Pradesh will release the official notification for AP DEECET 2020 (Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test). AP DEECET is an entrance exam conducted for admission in government colleges and private colleges offering Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) course. AP DEECET 2020 is applicable for Category A and Category B seats in government and private DIETs (Diploma in Elementary Teaching) institutions in Andhra Pradesh. Category-A seats come under state quota, while Category-B seats come under management quota of private DIETs. AP DEECET 2020 Hall Ticket (Released)

AP DEECET 2020 hall ticket has been released. The hall ticket of AP DEECET 2020 can be downloaded through the link below.

The applicants must enter the Journal Number and Date of Birth to download the hall ticket for AP DEECET 2020. The AP DEECET hall ticket 2020 will have details such as candidate’s name, hall ticket number, exam date, time of the exam, name of the exam venue, exam venue address, photograph and signature of candidates. The candidates must read the instructions printed on AP DEECET 2020 admit card carefully. The candidates must carry AP DEECET hall ticket and original ID proof (Aadhar card) to the exam centre.

About AP DEECET 2020

CSE AP has released the official notification for AP DEECET 2020. Aspirants can submit the online application form for AP DEECET through the official website. For the benefit of students, CSE AP has set up AP DEECET 2020 Cell at Public Library located in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The candidates must note that the AP DEECET Cell will not fill the online applications on behalf of candidates. AP DEECET 2020 Application Form

The official link to submit AP DEECET 2020 online application form has been activated. The candidates must read all the details specified in this article before submitting the online application form for AP DEECET 2020. CSE AP does not accept offline submission of applications, and all candidates must apply through the official website. AP DEECET 2020 step-wise application procedure is elaborated below.

AP DEECET 2020 Application Fee

The application fee of AP DEECET 2019 is Rs. 500 for all categories. All the candidates must pay the AP DEECET application fee through the official website. The application fee can be paid in online mode. The candidates must use his/ her credit card/ debit card/ internet banking facility to pay the AP DEECET 2019 application fee. While paying the application fee, the candidates must enter Mobile Number, Aadhar Number, Date of Birth and Name. After the fee payment, the candidates will receive a confirmation on their mobile via SMS. The SMS will have a Journal Number, which is mandatory for submitting the online application.

How to Fill AP DEECET 2020 Application Form?

After paying the application fee, the candidates must fill the online application form for AP DEECET 2020 by clicking on ‘Submit application’ option. Follow the steps mentioned below to submit the application form for AP DEECET 2020 –

Uploading Photograph with Signature:

• After clicking on the application form link, the candidates must enter the Journal Number, Date of Birth, Application Fee Payment Date and Medium to activate the online application form.
• Firstly, the candidates must upload the scanned version of the passport size photograph along with a signature.
• Enter the verification code/ Captcha and click on ‘Upload’ button

Filling Online Application

• Now, fill the online application form
• Enter the academic details carefully
• The candidates must enter the Hall Ticket Number of AP Inter Exams
• Class 10 Hall Ticket Number is also mandatory to be entered in the application form
• Make sure that all the details entered in the application form are correct
• Submit the application form
• Take the printout of filled-in AP DEECET 2020 online application form

AP DEECET 2020 Exam Pattern/ Scheme of Entrance Test

AP DEECET 2020 exam is conducted in online mode. The AP DEECET 2020 exam is divided into Part-A and Part-B. While Part-A of AP DEECET 2020 is conducted for 60 marks, Part-B is conducted for 40 marks. The questions are objective type (MCQ-based), and each question will have four options. The duration of the exam is 2 ½ hours. AP DEECET 2020 exam pattern can be checked below –

AP DEECET 2020 Syllabus

According to CSE AP, AP DEECET 2020 syllabus is purely based on Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education syllabus. The candidates must revise the syllabus of his/ her intermediate course (MPC/ BPC/ MCE/ CEC/ HEC). The candidates will have to revise all the chapters of the intermediate syllabus. Telugu Academy textbooks of intermediate will be a great help to candidates in exam preparation. As CSE AP has given enough time for candidates to appear for the exam, the candidates can revise the complete syllabus of intermediate. However, the candidates must revise the syllabus of main subjects only.

AP DEECET 2020 Results and Rank Card

AP DEECET 2020 results will be released on June 29, 2020. As the exam is conducted in online mode, the results will be out within 3-4 days after the completion of the exam. Along with the results of AP DEECET 2020, AP CSE will release the rank card for AP DEECET 2020. The candidates must download the AP DEECET 2020 rank card to appear for the counselling process. Candidates with a valid AP DEECET 2020 rank shall be eligible for D.EI.Ed admission in Andhra Pradesh.

AP DEECET 2020 Admission Process

CSE AP has the authority to fill 80% of seats in private DIETs and 100% of seats in government DIETs. Candidates aspiring for state quota or management quota seats in private DIET colleges must have a valid AP DEECET 2020 rank. 80% of state quota seats are filled through the centralized counselling process conducted by CSE AP. The official notification for certificate verification and centralized counselling will be announced after AP DEECET 2020 results. AP DEECET Revised Cutoff

AP government has also revised the qualifying marks in AP DEECET 2020 exam. The qualifying mark for OC and BC candidates has been reduced from 50%-35%. The minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST/PH candidates has been reduced from 45% to 25%.
