GAT-B 2024 Exam Day Guidelines: The notification for the examination of GAT-B 2024 will be released in the month of March 2024. The applicants who would like to appear for the GAT-B 2024 entrance examination that is conducted annually must have an idea about the examination day guidelines and important instructions. It is advised that the applicants must start their preparation for the GAT-B examination by going through the entire syllabus. GAT-B 2024 Exam Day Instructions

It is really very important to know the following points if the applicant is appearing for the exam.

  • The applicants must carry admit cards on the day of the exam.
  • The applicants must report to their respective examination centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • The latecomers are not entertained by examination takers under any circumstances so the applicants must reach before time.
  • The applicants who will be appearing for GAT-B 2024 examination must cooperate with all the security personnel at the gate for identity and biometric checkups.
  • The applicants must enter the gate well in time once it is permitted and listen to the instructions of the invigilators.
  • The applicants must sign the attendance sheets and paste photographs whenever asked by the concerned invigilators
  • The applicants can not change the allotted seat under any circumstances otherwise their examination may be cancelled by the authorities.
  • The applicants must stay in the examination hall till the last minute of the examination. They can leave the hall only after submitting answer sheets to invigilators.
  • Only registered candidates with valid admit cards are allowed to sit in the examination hall.
  • The rough work if any must be done on the space assigned.

  • Admit card
  • Valid and original ID proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Ration Card/Aadhar Card)
  • Passport size photograph (Similar to one on the admit card)
  • In the case of PwD applicants (certificate issued by the concerned authority)

Make sure to keep the admit card, ID proof and self-declaration form a day before in the bag that will be carried with the applicants on the exam day.

Do not carry any unnecessary things in the examination hall like mobile phone, electronic watch, tablets, paper, chits, food etc .

Do not try to help others during the exam and vice versa.

Check the system properly provided by the centre to avoid any disturbances between the examinations. Technical glitches are common in an online examination.

Do not sit in the seat allotted to you before checking it once.

Stay hydrated when you feel nervous and keep your confidence boosted.

Do not move out of the examination hall without the permission of the invigilator.
