Important Instructions Regarding ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling : ICAR AIEEA exam will be conducted from May 15 - May 30, 2024 by NTA to offer admission in agriculture courses for UG level. The ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2024 will be started in September 2024 after the results of the ICAR AIEEA 2024 (CUET UG) exam. The counselling dates are yet to be announced. However, there will be three rounds of counseling followed by a Mop-up Round. The students can either accept the allotted seat as per their choice in the first round of counseling or can wait for the subsequent rounds. Once the counseling dates will be announced, the students must be ready to register themselves for the counseling process. Also, please note that ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling process will depend on CUET ICAR 2024 percentile for UG admission.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling: Important Instructions

Some of the important instructions that a candidate must note while taking part in ICAR AIEEA 2024 counselling are as follows –

  • Candidates who will scores zero or negative marks in ICAR AIEEA will  not be eligible to participate in the counselling process
  • ICAR conducts three rounds of counselling followed by a Mop-Up round. Process of ‘Upgrading’ seats will be available only in Round 1 & 2
  • Candidates opting for upgrading seats must note that the previously allotted seat will not be cancelled till the better allotment is made in subsequent rounds
  • Through ICAR counselling, the admission authority does not allocate the college but allocates the university. The concerned university is responsible for allocating its constituent college on the basis of merit/ rank of the candidates
  • There will be no limit on the number of institutes that a candidate chooses as a part of the choice-filling process
  • The seat allotment will be purely based on the candidate’s rank/ merit in ICAR AIEEA 2024
  • It is important to download the seat allotment letter after the payment of the seat acceptance fee
  • The document verification process is generally held online, and the candidates are required to upload the necessary documents only after the seat allotment
  • The format to upload documents must be JPEG. PDF and Document format for uploaded documents shall be rejected
  • Candidates who will fail to upload documents before the last date and pay the seat acceptance fee must note that their seat allotment shall be cancelled
  • Only  female candidates will be eligible for admission in B.Sc (Hons) Community Science programme
  • Candidates must not share their Login ID and Password with anyone
  • The registration fee which will be paid for counselling is non-refundable
  • The seat acceptance/ admission fee paid by candidates will be refunded if the candidates cancel/ withdraw the admission before the conclusion of the third round of counselling
  • Registered candidates who will not get a seat in any of the three rounds will be eligible for Mop-Up round counselling. No fresh registration will be required for Mop-Up round in such cases
  • Candidates who will not register for ICAR AIEEA counselling will be eligible to participate Mop-Up round. Such candidates need to complete the registration process within the specified dates
  • All the important updates regarding the counselling process shall be communicated through counselling website of ICAR AIEEA 2024
  • Candidates who will be eligible for choice filling, need to visit the official websites frequently to stay updated on the counselling schedules and notificantions
  • If any problems occur during the admission or the counselling process, the ICAR authority or universities will not entertain any request for compensation

Instructions for ICAR AIEEA 2024 Mop-Up Round Counselling

Candidates must consider the below-mentioned guidelines for the Mop-up round of counselling:

  • ICAR authority will not allow any modification in this round of counselling
  • The candidates will not get any chance for seat cancellation by using applicant login during choice-filling. Even it won’t be available till the time of seat allotment done for the Mop-Up round
  • Cancellation or seat withdrawal request done through Email, Post, Whatsapp, or by hand will not be allowed under any circumstances
  • Like the previous rounds, candidates who will score negative marks will not be eligible for this phase of counselling also
  • Candidates once admitted through ICAR AIEEA 2024 will not be permitted to appear for the Mop-up or last phase of counselling
  • Candidates who will not meet the eligibility conditions in the first, second and third phases of counselling cannot take part in this session
  • The mop-up or final round of counselling will be open for those candidates who will not be able to register in the Phase-I of counselling
  • They can take part only by submitting the prescribed amount of registration fees
  • If a candidate registers in Phase I of counselling, pays the registration fees but cannot perform the choice-filling are also eligible for Mop-up round. They will not require to pay the fees again
  • Candidates who will fail to upload their documents for any reason after seat allocations will be able to participate in this counselling round
