TS LAWCET is a common entrance exam for admission into 3-year and 5-year UG law courses. The qualifying marks for TS LAWCET for General/ Unreserved category candidates is 42 out of 120 and 35 percentile as the qualifying percentile. For SC/ ST category candidates, there are no minimum marks required for qualifying the examination. There is even no qualifying percentile required for the SC/ ST candidates.
TS LAWCET is a computer-based examination where the candidates can take the exam in Telugu and English medium whereas, from now candidates can answer the question paper in the Urdu language. The candidates are assessed on the basis of General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs and Aptitude for the study of Law. The exam will be conducted for 90 minutes and candidates will not be given extra time to answer the questions and there is no sectional time limit.
