Although it is mandatory to pass AISSEE 2023 for all aspiring students, the final selection is based on the merit list of AISSEE 2023. NTA’s responsibilities are limited to conducting the exam and after that, all selection responsibilities fall on Sainik Schools Society (SSS).
The AISSEE Exam harbours the multiple-choice question pattern and is currently only open to male aspirants for Class 9; while both male and female candidates can apply for Class 6 admissions. Although NTA is expected to release the AISSEE 2023 Information Bulletin by August 2022, students should begin their preparation now to avoid exam stress and to increase their chances of selection.
