Bennett University BBA LLB Eligibility Criteria For 2022-23
The various eligibility criteria for Bennett University’s BBA LLB (Hons) program are mentioned below:
- The candidate must obtain a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline (aggregate % shall be calculated based on best 4 subjects).
- English must be a required compulsory subject in the 10+2 examination.
- Candidates are required to produce the pass certificate of their qualifying examination(10+2, IB Board, IGCSE Board, etc.) during the document inspection at the time of registration failing which the provisional admission shall stand canceled.
- Candidates are also required to provide prior information to the admissions department of the university regarding any changes in their marks failing which their admission/Scholarship or admission itself would stand canceled.
- Provision of CLAT/LSAT 2022 scorecard is required(if applicable) failing which a candidate’s admission will not be considered.
Eligibility Criteria For IB/IGCSE Board Candidates
- Such candidates are mandatorily required to provide a provisional certificate from AIU(Association of Indian Universities) on or before admission failing which their admission will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria For IB(DP/Certificate) Examination
- Students must have scored a minimum of 24 points.
- Students must have passed at least three subjects at the Higher Level (HL) and three at the Standard Level (SL), with English as a compulsory subject.
- Students who have been offered provisional admission based on counselors' predicted scores will be eligible to register only after producing a regular Diploma mark sheet.
For Cambridge International Examinations(IGCSE)
- Percentage Uniform Scores shall be accorded the same weightage as CBSE's 10+2.
- Candidates must have cleared at least five 'O' level subjects, including English, and at least two 'A' level courses. This is a prerequisite for obtaining an AIU's12th equivalent certificate.
- In addition, applicants must get a 50 percent aggregate in percentage uniform marks across three subjects.
- English must have been passed at the "A" level.
Eligibility Criteria For NRI/International Students
1. NRI/OCI/PIO:
- PIO(Person of Indian Origin): A person whose ancestors had Indian ancestry and who currently has the citizenship or nationality of another country, i.e. they hold a foreign passport.
- OCI(Overseas Citizen of India): Under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955, a person who is registered as an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder.
- An NRI student is one whose mother or father, first-degree relatives such as blood brother and sister or grandparents both maternal and paternal, are NRIs.
- This quota is also available to the children of NRIs who must be the closest relative that covers actual brother and sister of the father and mother, real uncle and aunt, and first degree maternal and paternal cousins. However, such people who have acted as a guardian for such a student must produce evidence to that effect as well as an affidavit signed by officials in the country where such individual resides.
- An Indian citizen who is typically resident outside India and retains an Indian passport is referred to as an NRI in this context.
- Students who completed their 10+2 from a foreign board and who fit into categories I to (v) above would be accepted under the NRI category.
2. International Students:
Before enrolling, all students who possess a foreign passport and have completed their 10+2 examinations with a foreign board must receive a 10+2 equivalent certificate from AIU that specifies subject-wise percentages of marks.

Bennett University BBA LLB Admit Card 2022
The admission to the Bennett University’s BBA LLB (Hons) undergraduate course is based on a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% in 4 best subjects in 10+2 OR CLAT 2022 All India Rank OR LSAT 2022 percentile score. The CLAT 2022 exam will be conducted on 8th May 2022 and the tentative release date of the admit card is the fourth week of April 2022. The selection procedure for Bennett University’s BBA LL.B 5-year integrated program is as follows:

Academic Scholarship
Bennett University Academic Scholarships are intended to promote and recognize consistently excellent performance throughout the program's duration. At the end of each year, Academic Scholarships will be awarded based on CGPA.
Academic Scholarships will be provided primarily to students who are admitted without having received an Admission Scholarship in the second year of the program for one year and will be evaluated after that subject to the following condition that the student has a CGPA of 8 and above on a scale of 10 without any admission scholarship will be provided Academic scholarship of 10% of tuition fee as per the review cycles mentioned below provided the student is among the top 10% of the total candidates in the program.
The reviews cycles will be at the end of the second semester for scholarship awards for the second year; at the end of the fourth semester for scholarship awards for the third year; at the end of the sixth semester for scholarship awards for the fourth year, and at the end of the eighth semester for scholarship awards for the fifth year.
