The AP EDCET 2024 counselling process is conducted in an online mode in two phases. 

Candidates who have qualified the exam need to appear for the counselling process for which he or she has to fill the counselling application form and pay the counselling fees.

While filling the counselling form candidates have to attach certain documents in the prescribed format and ensure the documents provided are valid and authentic.

For their candidates have to mark their choices related to the desired college and course specialisation in order of preference. Candidates have to lock their preferences and freeze their choices. Candidates will also be able to edit or modify their choices until the last date of the counselling form filling process.

Another counselling process candidates documents will be verified which have to be authentic in order to avoid cancellation of candidature or disqualification from the counselling process. Depending upon the total number of seats available, marks obtained by the candidate, caste category of the candidate, availability, of course specialisation and also the reservation policy followed by the institute etc, candidates will be allocated the seat.

Documents to be Produced by Special Category Candidates for AP EDCET 2024 Counselling

Other than the normal documents that candidates need to submit, there are some extra documents that Special Category candidates need to produce for AP EDCET 2024 counselling. Here is the list of documents required to be produced by special category candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PwD) during AP EDCET 2024 counselling:

• Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate holding the stamp of an official in the District Medical Board and only those students will be eligible who are at least 40% disabled.
• Candidates must have a CAP certificate bearing the stamp of Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (Ex-Servicemen) along with a discharge book and identity card for the purpose of verification.

AP EDCET 2024 Counselling Fees

Before uploading the documents for AP EDCET 2024 counselling registration, the counselling fee has to be paid successfully. To pay for the counselling registration, candidates have to enter their date of birth and admit card number. They can also check the payment status by entering these details.
