CLAT PG Round 3 Cutoff 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 - Check Opening and Closing Ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST

CLAT Result 2023 is out on December 23, 2022. CLAT 2023 was conducted on December 18, 2022. CLAT LLM or Common Law Admission Test is a national-level entrance test conducted by the Consortium of NLUs for postgraduate admissions to 22 NLUs. The CLAT exam score is accepted by various self-financed institutions and private colleges.

After the release of the results, the Consortium of NLUs releases the CLAT cutoff round-wise for 22 NLUs. The cutoff scores for UG and PG courses are released separately and are category-specific i.e., General, OBC, SC, ST. Candidates who will appear for the CLAT exam must know that the CLAT cut off is the minimum rank/score to get admission to law colleges. Numerous other factors like the number of students who appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam and the cutoff trends of the past year determine the CLAT cutoff score for the current year. When the 22 NLUs are combined, students are offered around 2,644 seats for UG programmes and 894 seats for the LLM program. Since 2020, there has been a considerable change in the CLAT exam pattern, which further changed the CLAT cutoff trends. Students who secure better ranks in the CLAT merit list get more preference for CLAT seat allotment as compared to the other students.

Just after the CLAT result is declared, CLAT cutoffs are announced so that NLUs can start their counselling process for eligible students who want to make a career in law . The article provides a detailed cutoff list for the PG students for Round 3. Tables are given below based on the different categories of students that have appeared for the CLAT exam in 2021, 2020 and 2019.
