You will need to appear for Design Entrance exams at a national/ state/institute level to be eligible to study Design in 2025. Since many exams are being conducted in January 2025, I'm guessing you've not filled yo their forms. So that's a miss for you. There are, however some Design exams happening in the middle of the year like FDDI AIST, AIEED, IIAD Entrance Exam, AIFD WAT etc. that you might want to attempt.
