Is Round 5 Final Round for JoSAA Counselling 2024? Until last year, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) conducted 6 rounds of JoSAA counselling. This year, Round 6 is scraped from the admissions process for all institutes: IIT, NIT, IIIT, and GFTI. Admissions to IITs will strictly be conducted in 5 rounds only. But for NIT + System admissions, two rounds will be held under CSAB Special Counselling 2024. IIT admissions will not be conducted under CSAB Special. So unlike the previous years, JoSAA admission counselling 2024 will conclude on July 17 with the Final 5th round of allocations. The reporting process will follow afterwards until July 23.

JAC Delhi Round 1 Cutoff 2024 Released: The Joint Admission Committee has released the JAC Delhi Round 1 cutoff. The candidates can find the course-wise and category-wise cutoff marks in the form of opening and closing ranks. To download the JAC Delhi cutoff for round 1, the candidates should visit the official website- jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. The authority has released the round 1 cutoff of JAC Delhi based on the obtainable JEE Main scores. The candidates will find the JAC Delhi cutoff for DTU, DSEU, IGDTUW, NSUT, and IIIT Delhi separately. Note, that the JAC Delhi cutoff differs for the courses, institutes, and categories. 

JAC Delhi Seat Allotment Result 2024 Round 1: As per the official schedule, the  Joint Admission Committee (JAC) released JAC Delhi 2024 seat allotment result on June 27, 2024. Candidates can check the availability of seats to pursue their B.Tech course at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. As per the latest notice posted on the official website, JAC Delhi Seat Allotment Result 2024 for Round 1 was released at 10:30 PM.

Will NIT HS cutoff decrease in JoSAA Round 4 Counselling 2024? The cutoff for the Home State quota in NITs has only decreased from Round 1 to Round 3. Even in Round 4, there is a high chance that, for many courses, the cutoffs may decrease further. However, this decrease might not be observed in all institutions and their corresponding courses as in some institutes, there might not be any vacancy left to fill in Round 4 and Round 5. For those institutes, the Round 3 cutoff might be the final cutoff without any further decrease. This is especially true for top courses and institutes.

JoSAA GFTI Round 3 Cutoff 2024 Opening and Closing Ranks: The JoSAA GFTI Cutoff 2024 Round 3 PDFs is now available for download, from July 5, 2024 onwards. The cutoffs for all Government-Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) are released in the form of opening and closing ranks for each category, course, and quota separately. GFTI cutoff for Round 3 has been made available for candidates to review on the official website, josaa.nic.in, to understand their chances of admission in Round 4.
