Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. Admission is primarily based on the rank secured in the JEE Main. Qualified candidates participate in the counseling process conducted by the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun, to secure a seat at BIAS.

You need to first obtain a good score in JEE Main and then participate in Uttarakhand Technical University counselling for BTech Computer Science admission at Birla Institute of Applied Sciences. The per semester fee for BTech CSE course is Rs 54,000 (approx), whereas per semester hostel and mess fee is Rs 18000. The total fees for four years including course fee, hostel fee and mess fee is Rs 7,27,000.
