The admission process at different paramedical colleges varies. Here, we have mentioned two different types of admission processes followed by the colleges.
Institutes following this type of admission process select students based on their performance in the entrance exams.
The exams could be national-level (as in AIIMS, Delhi) or university level (as in LPU).
In these colleges, the admission process begins with an application process (online or offline).
After that, candidates are provided with an Admit Card with all the details about the entrance examination mentioned in it.
Once candidates are done with the exam, the conducting institute releases results and merit lists.
Candidates who make it to the merit lists are then called for the counselling process and document verification.
Finally, candidates reserve their seats after paying an admission fee amount.
For merit-based admission, institutes select candidates based on their performance in the recently acquired education.
For UG courses, candidates’ Class XII marks are taken into account for admission, whereas, for PG courses, marks obtained in the graduation examinations are taken into consideration.
This admission process, like the other one, also begins with an application (online or offline).
After submitting the applications, the institutes scrutinize the forms and documents.
After that, a merit list is released and candidates who make it to the list are offered admission.
The enrollment if finalised by paying an admission fee amount.
