It is the best college in Patna

Overall: It had a competitive environment I chose this course because of my interest in it.I chose to study BBA with a major in marketing after I met the faculty members at this college. I was hell-bent on studying business administration, and this was the college I focused on. Joining this college was the best decision I took in my life, and I made amazing friends who are like my family members today. This college is not huge like other colleges in Mumbai, but you will get a feeling like you are staying at home in this college. I had a lot of joy while studying in this college. I have thoroughly enjoyed every subject here, which I had never experienced before. Events are organised during festivals such as Navratri, freshers party, etc. The annual fest called Euphoria is an inter-college fest organised here well and is enjoyable. Overall, if you are planning to study business studies, then I would highly recommend this college. I am thankful to IBSAR for the three best years of my life.

Placement: MNC companies offer an average salary package of 3 LPA to 7 LPA. Smaller companies offer a salary package of 1.8 LPA. Through multiple rounds of placements, the majority of students get placed. Top companies only interview students with grades of at least 60% in their 10th, 12th, and graduation.

Hostel: The university has accommodation facilities for both boys' & girls'. There are 4 hostels: 2 for girls and another two for boys. The hostels come with all the basic facilities which students will be required to have.

Overall: I chose to study BBA with a major in marketing after I met the faculty members at this college. I was hell-bent on studying business administration, and this was the college I focused on. Placement: During our tenure, placements were decent in our college, and every student of our batch is doing well today. It's a misconception that if you are in a top college, you will get placed. The number of placement offers provided to you depends on your calibre. Even reputed companies visit our campus, but you couldn't qualify in their GD and PI, and you wouldn't get placed. A good number of companies are visiting this college year after year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average here, but I have had the best experience of my life in that college. IT lab is average in size but very helpful. The strength of the batches is less, so the size of the campus doesn't really matter here. Hostels are spacious and are semi-furnished apartments. The food served in the mess is better than the food served in most messes. There is an indoor sports room on the Navi Mumbai campus. Karjat campus is way more spacious with these facilities. Hostels during our tenure were excellent, and we three girls used to share a semi-furnished 2 BHK flat. That flat was our hostel, and it was well located in the market area.

Faculty: Our faculty members were extremely good and taught exceptionally well. They all were very well qualified and had high industrial and academic knowledge and experience. If I have actually enjoyed learning at some point in my life, then it is at this college only during 3 years of my BBA studies. Faculty members were very good here, that I cannot emphasise or thank them enough. All this was possible with the guidance of Mr. M L Monga sir.

Hostel: College has hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. There are separate buildings for male and female students which have basic amenities like a bed, table, almirah, chair, etc. The number of beds in each hostel is 60 ad the allocation is based on a merit cum distance basis. The hostels have a mess but the food is not liked very much by the students.

The college is not worthy enough of the money we pay.

Overall: It is not value for money because of poor infrastructure and teaching quality. They don't provide study material on time. Events are good, but I don't participate in them.

Placement: The placements are not very good for BCA students. They provide good placements for MBA and BBA because this is a management institute. The highest package offered for BCA was around 6 LPA. I got an internship from college, and it was good to gain experience. Companies that came to our campus were TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Birla etc. Internships depend on your performance in the interview.

Infrastructure: The college has very poor infrastructure, and I guess it is rented. The lift quality is worse. The hostel is very far from college, and it is the worst I have seen so far. The mess is good, and they provide good and tasty food. The price is Rs. 100 per plate.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good enough, but professors are changed frequently. The college conducts many sessions about personality development to make students industry-ready. Teachers are very helpful even outside the college.

Hostel: Hostel facility of this institute is very good. There are two type of hostel are available. One for boys and second for girls. All rooms are very neat and clean. Mess are also very clean and hygienic. Infrastructures of the hostel is also very nice, medical facilities and security is also nice here.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the attendance criteria. This is a poor college.

Overall: I would rate these events, fests and extracurricular activities with 10 out of 10. I'm not happy with the college because their primary focus is on attendance. I got a radial forearm fracture, and my forearm was operated with a plate. Due to this, I was unable to go to college. Even though I've given them the medical certificate and application letter, there is no confirmation about my eligibility for the end semester exams.

Placement: As our seniors told that you would get a package of Rs. 40,000 per month very rarely. Around 70% of the students were placed. The average salary package offered was Rs.15,000-20,000 per month. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 per month. However, these higher packages are offered once in a blue moon. Companies like Aditya Birla Group, Genpact, IBM, Accenture, HDFC Bank, ITC, Citi bank, Vodafone, PepsiCo, Nestle, Airtel, Berger Paint, Eureka Forbes, Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Just Dial, Indigo, and Zomato, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: The college officials say that the campus is spread over 65000 sq. feet. However, you will not find that much area. There is only one academic building. Wi-Fi facility is available but is only available for faculty members. There is a civil engineering branch, but they don't have any labs. Classrooms are fully furnished. I would rate the library with 7 out of 10. Medical facilities are just basic. No sports and games arena is available. The available labs are not as required. The quality of the food served in the canteen is just good. Hostel rooms are good, but they are located at a distance of more than1.5 km from the campus. Students face a lot of issues here.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, but they are not much knowledgeable. They get confused every time they teach. They don't teach in detail. they only try to complete the syllabus as fast as possible. They provide PDF files for notes. In our civil engineering branch, there are only three students including me. They don't even provide any industry exposure. There are 10 subjects, but we find less time to study on our own. The classes are conducted from 9:15 am to 5:15 pm.

Hostel: The college provides the facility of the hostel which is complusory for the students. The rooms provided are A/C rooms, seperate study table in room as well as a common study room in hostel. The hostel also contains GYM room, TV room and Game room. Room cleaning service is also provided.
