The Government of West Bengal has made mandatory scholarships for students who hail from families whose financial status is Below Poverty Line (BPL). Admission at MNIT Jaaipur is done based on various entrance exams followed by centralised counselling processes. JEE Main is the entrance for BTech, while GATE is the entrance for MTech. The entrance exam for MSc programmes is JAM. Students need to participate in the JoSAA counselling for BTech admission. MNIT Jaipur admission to MTech and MSc is offered through CCMT and CCMN, respectively.
