Overall: I am very blessed to be a student of Government Vidarbha Institute of Sciences and Humanities,Amravati. It completely changed my personality. I overcame many of the flaws I had earlier through the valuable guidance of my respected teachers and wonderful friends.
Placement: Each department has some permanent and some CHB faculties. The CHB faculties keep on changing as the work on a temporary level. So for CHB faculties the college take placements. Also for permanent faculties also placements are there in a considerable amount.
Infrastructure: Firstly, it has its main building where official works are done. Then, there is Bhasha Bhawan where language lectures are taken and it alsi has a geography building offering humanities subjects. It also has a garden and a botanical Garden too. Also, there is a Music Department, 3 girls and 2 boys hostels, and various departments like mathematics, zoology, botany, statistics.
Faculty: Each department has many knowledgeable and great teachers. Especially the faculties at music department are like a family for students. Also the teachers have very vast knowledge of their respective subjects.
Hostel: I being a resident of the West hostel can surely say that it plays a great role in the upbringing of students. The hostels have a separate library for students, a huge playground to play, good water supply and so on.
