Overall: Experience of mine in this college was good.I've got some good friends some well.Qualified teachers who motivated us and helped us in each and every step
Placement: If I talk about placement facility given by this institute.I can say that it is very average. Not all the student got placed , only thirty to forty percent of the student got placed every year , which is very bad
Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastruc7ture of our institute I can say that buildings were creatively made.It was restricted for outsiders to enter into the institute and yes playing area and libraries and cultural activities area over there
Faculty: Best part of this institute is that faculties who are working here are really well qualified.Well knowledgeable and headstudents and motivate students eating each and every step of their college life
Hostel: Best part of hostel is that Clealiness This is maintained by staff.Staff is really good food.Served here was of nice quality. It was restricted to outsiders to enter into the hostel area
Overall: Everyone in IIIT Bhopal joined for the high average package of 23 lakhs. Due to the recession, seniors who were previously employed by Amazon were laid off. Also, half of the average package consists of off-campus placements. the highest on-campus placement was 86 lakhs per annum(off-campus), the second highest was 53 lakhs per annum(off-campus) and the on-campus highest was 46 lakhs in Amazon. Our college is like every other nationally important college which is suffering from recession, infrastructure and much more. The thing is now our college will still rise from the recession but without campus, hostel and basic facilities I would suggest all of you not only focus on placements but please compare every aspect of a good college like campus, hostels, sports facilities, fests, peer group you will get, connections and location too. I also didn't take into account all the aspects when selecting our college. I solely focused on the good placement record, but it mostly consisted of off-campus placements. However, if we have a good peer group, we can still get off-campus placements. When it comes to deciding on a college, it's crucial to consider all factors and make an informed decision, as you'll be spending four years there. My rating of college is basically because of my peer group and the helping seniors I got. But still, our college teaches us many things about life and living alone with friends made me more responsible and I got to see the world.
Placement: Placements are very good in fact in some scenarios it is better than MANIT BHOPAL our mentoring institute. Because of the recession this year, we were not able to give our 100% but still, we are doing our best our seniors got off-campus internships in Microsoft, Amazon, Paypal, Coinbase, Atlassian and so on. In comparison to last year, we still aren't getting enough companies but our college main placements are always off-campus. Because of seniors only our college survived and its growth increased.
Infrastructure: We don't have a campus or any sports facilities. Our classes are held in the building of our mentoring institute MANIT BHOPAL. We still don't have sports facilities all the time we need to ask permission to use sports facilities neither we have a library nor our mess e.t.c
Hostel: we had hostels till our first year only. Then hostels were 17 km from the MANIT where our classes are held we had bus facilities for regularly dropping us at college but because it was too far and BHOPAL is a busy city it always took around one hour to go to college and come back from it. After the first year, we don't have college and we have to manage our living on our own. currently I lives in a 2BHK flat near MANIT and everyone from second year onwards lives like this only,
