Overall: I have certainly received attentive responses from the faculties regarding doubts and for my personal development. I also gained lot of experienced knowledge from Shri Arun S bhatnagar Sir for development of my skills. he has guided me and encouraged me to participate in the activities where my talent resides. Further, I got my certification in P& ID where Farhin mam has helped me in grasping the basic routes of chemical engineering. Also, how to take the challenges in ease way by working hard and not hoping for the result is something what i learnt from Pankaj Sir and Palak mam. However, many of the traits that were actively managed in the department has helped us to grow in better way and deal with outside world.

Placement: The placement cell informs well in advance about the companies that'll be visiting the campus, post which students can properly research the company and know about its working, specialty, job roles, working conditions, etc. The department and Placement cell together guide through workshops and training about being able to apply the theory and practice gained during your academic studies in a real-life working context, and to appreciate the relevance of your degree; time to learn organisational, management and personal skills, and develop an awareness of the workplace culture;

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of IIST has an elevated and ventilated space measures which provide an open air source. This can make the place calm and relaxing to college environment and health of the students. it has helped IIST to facilitate the physical mobility of students with no vehicle moving around in campus, remove productivity constraints, and increase competitiveness from the market. There is a good ventilation in all the classrooms along with facilities like fans, lights, benches, chairs, backboards, etc. There is also the facilities such as laboratories, art and crafts workshops, multimedia room and many more.

Faculty: I believe that as God intent to direct us in the way. Faculties are directed to show the path how to reach the desired goal. I received this fact from the vision of the chemical department that has strive on the holistic development of the students. My faculties and HOD have strive on the academic excellence and also spread the innovative ideas among the students by collaborating with relevant industries for internship. Faculties has helped us in transforming the Quality of education that we should receive in the college.

Hostel: As a hosteller is not under the care of his family, he develops a sense of independence and self-reliance.Hostel life is an emotion combined with many emotions. rooms aren’t just rooms, they have thousands of memories; memories that you will never get back in your life. Three female travellers sitting on their luggage enjoying hostel life, laughing and playing on their phones Packing bags, arranging clothes, and finding old stuff, wasn’t as easy as I thought. My memories outweighed my luggage as I left my hostel room for the last time

Overall: Kajalwaghe,IV year, Chemical department, Placed in Sanyog Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Being a student of final Year chemical engineering, I know each and everything very well. This college has a very good infrastructure; with smart classrooms Wi-Fi enabled safe and clean campus, hygiene canteen which serves delicious food and well-equipped Laboratories. The girls’ hostel is very good and has all the facilities including mess and laundry. All the departments of engineering have adequate amount of well-skilled staff. The HODs of all departments are very supportive. With 100% placement records in reputed companies, IIST has become the best college to choose for engineering. The institute creates ample opportunities for the students to develop and enhance their technical and non-technical skills. It has big playgrounds and different cultural and technical clubs as well, where students learn and develop new skills. The management is very supportive and always works towards student welfare. I feel proud to be part of IIST family.
