JIMS Vasant Kunj BBA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: Hi I'm in my final year right now just gave 5th sem exams. During this time placements starts in colleges. Here also it has started, companies are coming here. But do you know the biggest problem that I found out in this college, you can only sit in 2 or 3 interviews for your placement. Yes not that you can only get 2 to 3 offers but you can't sit in anymore interviews. If you aren't selected in these 2 or 3 then bye bye we don't care about you anymore you can't sit anymore in the placement season go find your own job Off-campus. Dude are you serious?? I got a job in the 3rd time where my ma'am said this is your last option otherwise even if you don't accept it you are not allowed to sit in interviews. you know what happened? I got that job apparently with 3 others and even visited the office and was waiting for my offer letter. It never came they said sorry we need only 2 people now so I didn't get that job and this college will not allow me to sit in interviews because that's their rule wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. You know the best part during these 3 years no one literally no one told us about this. There was no placement brochure containing these *important* information ever made and given to us. I was just supposed to know this on my own. Nice college bro nice college.

Overall: I've been a part of the JIMS Family since past 2 years, and the number of chances that I've got since then are just, AMAZING! They not only focus on the academic growth, but also provide you with a ocean of opportunities in every field! Sports, Theatrics, Dance, Music, Quizzes, Competitions; you can explore wonders with JIMS by your side!

Placement: I'm a second year student, but the number of companies that I've seen coming to the college is just great! Start-ups, MNCs and all sorts of companies come to the college with a job/internship offer. Other than these, many Alumnis have started their own venture, which, for me on a personal level, is a very great motivation.. The confidence and skills that you require for a great push start at the beginning of your career,the college helps you develop one. Aptitude sessions, Introductory practices, GDs, everything is being taken care of!

Infrastructure: It's adequate to cover the basic needs of a college. ACs are there in every class, smart boards are installed. The college doesn't have a ground of its own, however it books stadiums and grounds for matches, so one doesn't feel the lacking of a ground.

Faculty: At first they seem a little strict, but what better way to learn about life than a disciplined teacher guiding you? Teachers are so indulged in your personal growth that it makes you feel like you're their own children. Care, knowledge, strictness, disciplined; I feel like they're a perfect combination of them all!

Various companies take part in the college campus placement, but it all depends on us, our personality, our knowledge to crack the interviews. Internships are made compulsory do that you're well prepared in advance before starting your professional career after graduation The average package offered is around 3 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is designed In accordance with the requirements of the course. The labs are full equipped . the classrooms are spacious with A/C . the library is updated on a regular basis . the auditorium is maintained for various talks .One of the nicest infrastructures in New Delhi and the college is in Vasant Kunj which itself is a posh area. We have a big library which houses thousands of books, canteen which serves delicious snacks. Computer labs are very spacious and updated to the latest versions.

Faculty: The course is designed in such a way to give practical and theoretical exposure to the students . The teaching staff is the best you could ask for . All the teachers are well versed with there subjects and really helpful . College aims at holistic development of each and every student

Hostel: The college is in a very respectable area which helps students find PG and accommodation easily . NO HOSTEL services are provided by the college. Transportation and accessibility is however very good around the area.
