Overall: Hi, If you are someone planning to take admission for PGDM here kindly STOP. It is a scam college. In second year there are no studies . Placements and management is very poor . They show fake placements and the truth is you they have no tie ups with MNC's. I totally wasted my 2 precious years. You have to do job hunt on your own. They delay every procedure. And if you raise your concerns they backfire at you. The biggest mistake of my life was to take admission in NDIIT and get scammed by their 100% placements guarantee. Who wants to work for 15-20k after doing MBA/PGDM . Even graduates earn more than this. They dont even give you proper information say for eg when will the exams be held , when will placement drive start. In fact there was no placement drive. Also there are some teachers who are very biased. Students who do their buttering and personal works they prefer them . There is no formal way of communication .
Placement: If taking fees of 5.9 Lakhs ,( which is now increased ), getting placement of 15-20k that too not in a good company where you dont have any job security, with a not desired role , How is it justified, How can they claim 100% placements, Just because they can show offer letters that the students receive doesnt mean the student was satisfied with that or joined that organisation. There is no placement drive. Students struggle till the end of second yr for placement. Even for summer internships , some students got internship only for 2-3 months and after that there is no input from the college no offline classes are held , no learning . Whatever we have to do is on our own , so if I had to do everything on my own why would i pay 5.9 lakh rupees, I could have done MBA/ PGDM from open college just to get the degree because that is what is happening here . There is no placement cell ,no formal emails that are circulated . Sometimes they send openings to some students and not to some. I feel that every student (all specialisations) should be aware of the openings and be allowed to apply . Never seen such a management .
Infrastructure: Old building , broken outside board , Small reception , Washrooms are also not clean most of the time . there is No playground , there is no area for sports or activities . There are no indoor sports also. Such a poor canteen with broken tables and fan . Only 2 classrooms are there. The building for undergraduate students is okayish. College organises small events on festivals like Diwali , Holi as extra curricular activities . There are no clubs or socities in which we can enrol. Classrooms have AC which are working good. Library is very shady. There are plenty of books but it is so depressing one can never study there . Infrastrructure needs immediate attention from the management to improve student experience. I feel infrastructure can be ignored once if the other things and facilities are good in a college like management, studies and placements . But overall it is a very dissapointing experience to be a part of NDIIT
Faculty: They outsource teachers from outside. Some teachers are good but again the college is soo soo poor in management and in conducting exams also . There is no timeline for anything here . For some subjects teachers are very good, they are experienced and have good knowledge . Inconsistent lectures . No regular tests/ exams. Focus only on bookish exams. Initially we were told there will be industrial visits every month but the truth is not even 1 industrial visit happened . They lied about everything . Otherwise on a personal level teachers are good, like teacher who teacher HRM is very good and skilled in her subject . Teachers are knowledgeable But talking about the mangement staff , it is very poor and lazy . We dont get our marksheets on time , not even our ID card, we have no information about exams before time , students need to continously ask for updates , and the response we get is " We will let you know " . There are no set rules and regulations or timelines that the college adheres to .Its high time the management should be changed or improved otherwise there is decline only what i can see . We dont get answers to our questions it just seems we have been scammed .
Hostel: There is no Hostel . If you are outstation student , hunt for PG's nearby, there are many in Kalkaji and Nehru place. but again the college is not worth it for someone staying outside delhi to come and spend so much money on fees and living also , as the ROI is pathetic. if you want to spoil your career . Come to NDIIT. Initially they pretend that we have accomodation near the college but the truth is all my classmates searched for flats/ PG's on their own
Overall: NDIIT College is the best place to grow practically and professionally. I have personally experienced regular growth in my personality, skills and mindset which helped me in grooming my personality and industry ready. The Training and Placement Team provides full guidance and support to the students in getting best placements. |Sanukta - Ex student of Ndiit|
Overall: I wanted to do PGDM but I was not having too much of money. And all the colleges were charging the fees that is more than 10 lakhs. But all the colleges were promising the same thing to provide in their course. So I decided to take admission in NDIIT because their offerings were same and in lower budget.
Placement: According to me, companies are same in all the colleges. But if you will compete with the batch of lower strength, you will get more opportunities. Here in NDIIT, batch size is 60 only. Therefore, placement opportunities are more in NDIIT for every student.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in not too big but its sufficient to study and we can get all the mandatory things within the campus. Overall, you will not get time to explore the campus.
Faculty: All the faculties were very experienced and running as they used to train the students of DU, IIMs and other big names in education industry. Maximum Faculty was from corporate.
Hostel: College don't provide Hostel facility. They provide PG facility to the students. PGs are on walking distance from the college. You will get any time access to the PG.
Overall: In college infrastructure is designed to embrace comfort and convenience ensuring that students have access to all resInces they need for fulfilling academic experience. Spacious classroom to modern amenities like wi-fi connectivity and recreational facilities, college prioritizes student comfort and well being. Inviting ambiance and well maintained surroundings create a atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
Placement: Companies in this college hire for mid-level jobs or above that's the best thing I saw in this college and the companies are offered a good package too so I'm quite happy about this.
Infrastructure: the infrastructure is quite good. we have a decent library, the classes are well maintained in addition we have a dance room. the seminar room is quite big and decent. we have well-maintained washrooms. the campus is well-maintained and the canteen serves the best-fried rice and pasta. we have a good parking space for light motor vehicles. we have a huge computer lab with well-functioning computers.
Faculty: The faculties of this college are quite amazing as they are well experienced and supportive, they always give us practical examples by which we can relate easily and they also give us real-life projects which help us in internships and industrial visits.
Hostel: The college doesn't have an inside hostel but they are providing full support to provide you hostel nearby only as they have a lot of contacts of PG, hostels, and flats, so there are no such issues with the hostel facility.
Overall: I found NDIIT is the best college in Delhi NCR in terms of Academics, Placement and Fees. When I was looking for admission in PGDM there were lots of colleges in Delhi NCR but due to their fees i found them costly for my pocket, i was very confused when i confirmed admission in NDIIT for my Career because i just saw the buildings and all. But when I started taking classes i got a clear image that i chose the best option in Delhi.
Placement: NDIIT has 100 percent placement, if i will talk about my records i had done two internships during my PGDM program and than i got my final placements. from the college itself.
Infrastructure: I found infrastructure is good, NDIIT does not have big playgrounds big campuses but they have very good classrooms, there is very nice library where i had done all my self study, there is a computer lab and a best Dance floor where we prepare all the activities for our freshers basically the have all the facilities which are to be needed for a normal student. if anyone is coming to make his or her career definately you can choose NDIIT as your success ladder.
Faculty: I loved the faculty of NDIIT because i was a very raw student when i joined and i am very grateful of the faculty they taught me how to change myself according to the Realtime needs of the corporates. the level of knowledge i gained from NDIIT is like any other top class B school or for me it was more best than them.
Hostel: NDIIT do not have there hostel in the campus but there are facilities of Paying Guests. NDIIT has tied-up with the PG providers who provide PG to the Students at low cost.
Overall: I had the privilege of experiencing a vibrant and enriching campus life. Ndiit offers a holistic environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth and professional development. Quality of education is according to the current industry demands. campus life is good enough. TPOs cell is update you regarding all placement and internship opportunity via WhatsApp group or emails. The packages are quite decent and depends upon the exposure gained during the college years.
Placement: Placements are quite good as many students are already placed around 85% students in my batch. so I can say placements are 100% guarantee and highest salary package which goes in my batch is 17 LPA.
Infrastructure: Campus is small but well maintained but the way they motivating about studies is excellent. we have a central library which is very huge and consist of huge variety of books. The classrooms are quite good with AC and wifi
Faculty: I am perusing my PGDM. We have a well planned schedule of every academic activities. all classes are held and faculty member are much student friendly. we can consult any faculty member through WhatsApp or in any physical means.
Hostel: The college doesn't provide hostel facility. They know several broker who help you to find better PG, Flats and hostel. so its simple for you if college would recommend you and other than that I don't know more since I didn't use this facility
Overall: As a proud graduate of NDIIT's class of 2023, I look back on my time here with appreciation and pleasure. Ndiit stands out not just as college, but also as an institution that shapes students into well- rounded professionals who are prepared to tackle the difficulties of the real world.
Placement: Ndiit's placement cell is undoubtedly one of its strengths. The placement cell organised mock interviews, resume building workshops, and other preparatory sessions. While the success of placements ultimately depends on individual efforts. the alumni network also played a vital role.
Infrastructure: The classroom and laboratories while not particularly huge have been provided with the materials required for effective learning. the focus here is not on grandeur, but on utility.
Faculty: The faculty members were not just concerned with academic success; they were genuinely interested in the overall well being and growth of the students.
Hostel: Ndiit doesn't provide on campus hostel facilities, the college steps in to assist students finding suitable accommodation. My experience with their accommodation support is quite positive, as they provide valuable references.
Overall: Great full to attend NDIIT as my last journey of studies and as my entry in corporates. College provide guest lectures for the better experience of the students so that students can learn from the experience of the respected guests and do what is better for there career. we had visited on industrial visits in the manufacturing plants of FMCG sector. i had learnt lots of things during my PGDM program.
Placement: College have tie ups with many fortune 500 companies. That is why placement cell of NDIIT is strong. Student training is much stronger than other PGDM colleges.
Infrastructure: Actually their is not get very high class infrastructure like other private colleges, they don't have very big campus but that was a secondary thing for me because my first hunt is for good academics and a good placement so that i can stand on my own legs and able to do all the things i dreamed. but i think infrastructure doesn't matter if someone want to study and want to do something in life. but NDIIT have a good space quite good buildings and classrooms outer infra my be look normal but the classrooms infra from the inside is very good maximum study done on live boards and smart boards. I was disappointed the washroom at that time when i was in the college except that i didn't felt any problem in the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: All the faculties are industrial experts. They are from corporate. You will get to know much about the corporate behavior and some faculties teach us in very funny way, I still remember some of the topics that they taught us in funny way.
Hostel: You will not get any hostel facility in the college but college can provide you the PG facility. PGs are better than Hostel according to me because you have easy access in PGs that the Hostels.
Overall: the college is extremely nice. The faculties are very coordinating and highly experienced. The placements of the college are nice and there are lot of new coming or ways like OM LOGISTICS,OLL and V5 CONNECT, Zolo stays AND MUCH MORE.
