NIFD Global Pune Kothrud B.Voc : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: I finished my B.Voc in Interior Design in 2021 and joined a interior design firm in Pune. According to me NIFD Global Pune offers a complete interior design program that prepares students for a successful career in the interior industry. The institute's strong placement assistance, modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, and comfortable hostel facilities make it an ideal choice for aspiring fashion design students.

Placement: As a member of the placement cell, we were taught that the bond between a student and the institute is important to help them get good opportunities. The institute believes in directing students in the proper direction. The NIFD Global Pune placement cell offers lifetime placement help to the students, even now I am in contact with the department and try to do my part in helping others.

Infrastructure: NIFD Global offers a stimulating air-conditioned environment with knowledgeable faculty, labs and studios that were designed with the students in mind. The most up-to-date audiovisual technology is installed in our centre to deliver the greatest instruction. You have the added benefit of learning computers at NIFD Global Kothrud in addition to regular course work. The three courses' respective curricula all include computer education as a core component.

Faculty: Amazing teachers who are talented designers themselves taught us at NIFD Global. They played a huge part in all the students success and always treated us like their family. Even now when you visit the college the professors will remember you and talk to you with great enthusiasm.

Hostel: The institute has tieups with other institutions and share hostels with them. Students can also opt for PGs if they like. The hostels have all the basic things one might need to live and study. Most prefer studying at the library at daytime.

Overall: As a fashion enthusiast NIFD Global is the best choice I could have made. It helped me start my own business as a fashion designer. This college helped me gain the confidence and skills that enabled me to begin my career. The teachers are young and budding designers themselves and were always down to help us out even in our personal projects. I am grateful for the opportunities and knowledge I have gained during my time at NIFD Global Pune, and I highly recommend it to those who are passionate about pursuing a career in the world of fashion design.

Placement: NIFD Global Pune has a commendable track record when it comes to placements in the fashion design field. The college has maintained its ties with renowned fashion houses, design studios, and industry professionals, some of whom are their alumni. This facilitates excellent internship opportunities and opens doors for promising career prospects. The biggest salary package offered during placement was Rs 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: NIFD Global Pune has a great infrastructure that is ideal for students studying fashion design. The campus is large, up to date, and furnished with every possible equipment one would require for designing. Students can realise their original ideas thanks to the state-of-the-art tools, equipment, and technology found in design studios.

Faculty: As I said before the faculty members at NIFD Global Pune even if they are young, are professionals who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the fashion industry. They bring their real-world experiences into the classroom, providing practical insights and guidance to students. The professors are approachable, supportive, and actively engage students in interactive sessions, critiques, and workshops. I am still in contact with them and visit them often.

Hostel: Being from Pune, I never stayed at the hostel but it is good according to my friends. They had all the facilities like a cupboard, bed, desk and stuff. The fees are also reasonable for the quality of rooms and that the fees include food and maintenance. The safety needs to be a bit better though, especially for girls hostel.
