Ranchi University B.Tech : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: In terms of teaching faculty, Ranchi University has some of the best teachers. The course fee for BTech is Rs 89,252 per year. Students also get to participate in the campus placements, which are conducted every year. In 2022, I was able to land a job with Rs 5.82 LPA package.

Placement: Ranchi University placements are conducted every year. Back in 2022, when I graduated, the highest package went up to Rs 9.19 LPA. I was able to land a job at TCS with a package of Rs 5.82 LPA.

Infrastructure: Ranchi University infrastructure includes hostel accommodations, sports facilities, an online & an offline library, a multipurpose exam hall, a computer center, 500 people capacity auditorium, etc.

Faculty: At colleges affiliated with Ranchi University the faculty members are highly trained and qualified. Some of my teachers were PhD holders. Our teachers used to take part in various training sessions to improve their teaching methods. Their dedication is commendable.

Hostel: Ranchi University has a separate hostel building for men and women. There are two men's hostels and one women's hostel. Ranchi University hostel fee ranges from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 per annum.

Overall: The college is great and the facilities provided here is good I have done my B. Tech from here this college is great for learning about technology and AI

Placement: Most of the companies comes here to provide job to those students who are currently studying here some of them got their dream job last year I got my placement from where for that I am grateful

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is good they have many libraries and many lecture halls and they also have air conditioner in each and every lecture hall

Faculty: Faculties are great the professor are very intelligent they have a great sense of humour and the facilities provided here for education is extremely good

Hostel: The hostel of this college are good but the restroom are the best they have clean bathrooms big mess good food and all that the design of the hostel is quite amazing

Overall: Ranchi University is good choice for higher education in the Ranchi region. I completed my BTech Electrical Engineering from the university in 2023. It was overall good experience at the university, considering all the facilities and opportunities offered by the university. the course fee for me was around 80,000 per year. It was ok for me.

Placement: Our university needs to do better in terms of placements. There were not many high-quality options during placements. I chose to pursue my M.Tech. Some of my friends were placed with 3 LPA packages.

Infrastructure: The university now really emphasises technology enabled learning. We had access to various e-resources through the digital library facility. I also opted for some add-on courses through the SWAYAM portal.

Hostel: I quite enjoyed my hostel life. I used to share my room with two of my friends at one of the two boys' hostels. My hostel fee was around 4000. The facilities were also good.
