Fee Structure in B.Tech courses
As updated by VIT, the fee will vary per category and stream under B.tech Programme. The B.Tech program has been divided into Group A and B.
VIT Fee Components in B.tech

VIT Fee comprise two categories that include:

  • Tuition fee (per annum)
  • Caution Deposit (One time)
VIT FEE for B.tech Group A
As per the fee structure of VIT’s B.tech course, candidates enrolled under Group A need to pay Rs 1,73,000 as tuition fee and Rs 3000 as caution deposit.
VIT FEE for B.tech Group B
In Group B of B.tech discipline, VIT students are required to pay a tuition fee of Rs 1,95,000 and caution deposit of Rs 3000.

  • Central and state board toppers will be exempted from fees
  • 75% tuition fee waiver reserved for
  • VITEEE rank holders VITEEE rank holders of 51 to 100 will exempted 50% of fees
