Saveetha University admission to various courses generally starts in March every year. The Saveetha University application form is released on the official website. The selection criteria for the courses are different from one another. Saveetha University Admissions Process 2025

• As per the Saveetha University admission process, candidates who wish to pursue BE/B.Tech courses will be selected through TNEA counselling.
• ME aspirants have to fill in their TANCET score in the Saveetha University application form 2025, and upon shortlisting, they will be directly called for admission. Saveetha University admission to ME courses is granted based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam.
• Saveetha University Law Entrance Exam (SULEE) is a computer-based test, which is mandatory to qualify for admission to law. Upon qualifying for the examination, candidates are invited for admission by the Saveetha University admission committee (the admission committee is different for different courses). Candidates for Saveetha University admission are based on their overall performance in the last qualifying examination, SULEE marks.
• PhD aspirants are exempted from written tests only if they have qualified for national-level entrance examinations such as UGC/CSIR NET-JRF, SET, GATE, or Teacher Research Fellowship.
• For Saveetha University admission to medical courses, the selection for admission is made based on performance in the NEET exam. Merit lists are prepared for each category, i.e. candidates belonging to categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and EWS are eligible for marks concession as per the approved admission policy of Saveetha University.

Saveetha University Application Process 2025

• Candidates have to visit the Saveetha University official website.
• Select the programme and fill in the registration form with the required information, including educational details, personal details, and contact address.
• Scanned signatures and colour photographs of the candidate must be uploaded along with the Saveetha University application form. To avoid any difficulty in the Saveetha University application process, candidates are advised to keep all the required documents, such as birth certificate, category certificate, last qualifying degree certificate, etc., handy.
• Finally, submit the application form and pay the Saveetha University application fee via any online payment method such as net banking, credit and debit cards, BHIM UPI, Paytm, etc. 
• Candidates are advised to keep the receipt of the fee paid as proof for further reference. If the confirmation page is not generated after completing the fee payment, the transaction is cancelled, and the deducted amount is refunded to the candidate's account. Then candidates have to make transactions again.

In addition to undergraduate and graduate programmes, Saveetha University admissions are also offered for fellowship programmes for students who conduct medical science research. The five main specialisations for PhD programmes are medicine, dentistry, nursing, engineering, and physiotherapy. Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Aesthetic Dentistry, and Implantology all offer fellowship programmes. Following a personal interview, the qualified applicants are chosen based on their performance in the university's entrance exam.
