97 Percentile in JEE Main 2025 Marks and Rank

97 Percentile in JEE Main 2025 Marks and Rank: Achieving a percentile of 97+ in the JEE Main exam signifies a strong performance among candidates. Historically, a rank above AIR 45,000 is generally expected for those in the 97+ percentile range. However, it’s essential to understand that the scores corresponding to these percentiles can vary greatly depending on the paper's difficulty level each year. For easy paper, 97 percentile can target 151.8+ marks, while moderate and tough papers can target 139.8+ and 117+, respectively. Ranks ranging from 31,500 to 45,000 may result in a percentile from 97.9 to 97, but these numbers are not fixed. As examination patterns change, candidates should anticipate shifts in these benchmarks. Therefore, it’s wise to keep track of the latest trends and analyses from previous years to better understand the expected scores for any given percentile.
