The hostel for boys has a capacity for about 150 students with rooms provided on sharing basis. The hostel is looked after by the wardens who ensure that a healthy atmosphere is maintained at all times. The hostel for girls on the other hand has relatively less occupancy for the ratio of boys (outstation) remains more than that of girls. But there is no compromise when it comes to facilities provided with main focus being on ensuring a secure environment for the girl students. Meals are provided in a common mess for the students where hygiene and variety in food are kept up with.

Apart from residing in the hostels, to follow the guidelines is mandatory for the students. There is no compromise when it comes to discipline and strict action is taken in case one is seen going against the set of rules. It is required of all the students willing to occupy the rooms at the hostels, to go through the guidelines and set of rules before applying for the same.
