BHU MSc : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: As it is well known that BHU is Asia's largest residential university. It provides residence to both students and staff. It provides facilities that other universities generally don't provide such as swimming training, health center that provide free medical care and medicines from qualified medical staff . It also consists a central and a cyber library for all students, also provide transportation facilities.

Placement: University has a placement cell and it facilitate placement to students of different well established courses but there is no placement has given to forensic students till this date.

Infrastructure: The main campus of BHU covers a large area around 1200 acre however the another campus of BHU in Mirzapur is 2x than the main campus. The main campus includes a hospital, IMS, central Library and cyber library, health center of students an another health center for BHU staff, swimming pool, playgrounds, gym, open gyms along the way to hostels, boys and girls hostels, apartment for teaching staff, the campus also contains vishvnath temple.

Faculty: As I'm student of department of chemistry so I should talk about Institute of science. Our department has several labs headed by different professors under which phd scholars and ug pg students can work. Almost all professor has exposure of foreign universities and they are very supportive.but everything can not be very perfect, as there are some special courses that ask for a larger amount than other course and these courses are under control of some departments for example MSc forensic science is under control of Department of chemistry and they use chemistry' s lab and professors too, university provides guest faculty for this course.

Hostel: There are around 40 boys hostels and 20 girls hostels in main campus with the facility of water cooler, washing machine ( in some hostels), fan, common washroom and toilets, a two seater room, mess( believe me food is very good of BHU) and hostels also provide sport items like carrom, badminton, chess etc.

Overall: Faculty needs to be improvised. Course in itself is equivalent to MSc biotechnology and dissertation work is also good.But exam schedules and semesters are not divided properly.Apart from this basic facilities for students such as clean washroom, clean water coolers are required.

Placement: Placements scenario is not so good for students opting research but for teaching purpose many companies like byjus, whitehat, etc are the options.placements are needed to be taken care of.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Classes are taken by projector but lab lack proper before expired chemicals and instrumentations.Cleanliness is a big issue here. non teaching staff is required.

Faculty: Permanent professors do take classes but more of pressure is given to temporarily teaching staff. The whole syllabus is covered in the given time including practicals . Non teaching staff is lacking in this department.

Hostel: Mess food is ofcourse not similar to home's food but follows quite a good menu for the whole week. Veg plus non veg both are available. Starting from breakfast to lunch to dinner there are variety of food. Evening snacks is stopped a long ago.

Overall: Overall experience is good like we have the proper information about the things ee want to know about and everything is good it was very helpful and the experience was nice.

Placement: University provides good information which provides better opportunities and good experience one can learn a lot of things from their and the Student are lucky to be there.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is good like one can easily find the way to university and can easily look for the block where one want to go. Its really nice

Faculty: The faculty members are very kind and friendly one can always go to them having any problems they always try to give their best and be helpful to students.

Hostel: Hostels are good having the required facilities and everything the rooms are clean and everything is good too the students are comfortable over there.

Overall: College Infrastructure Infrastructure of the college is good enough to the college to make their future brighter.and also the place is good to the students to learn the new things in the college. And also the premises is good . Academics The academics of this college is average as the students learn from the faculty as they much information regarding the subjects to the students and oftenly they conduct the test and also the exams are done in really good manner. Placements The college placement team is really doing a good job in providing the job opportunity to the students so that people can choose this college for their bright future ahead.so placement of this college what I personally experienced about the training provided by the college. Infrastructure: The collage has the best infrastructure and also there is a good environment for studying they provide all necessary facilities and equipments and the place is also very clean yes they also provide best quality food

Faculty: Academics The academics of this college is average as the students learn from the faculty as they much information regarding the subjects to the students and oftenly they conduct the test and also the exams are done in really good manner.

Hostel: This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)
