Birla Global University (BGU) has a fully residential campus with the latest infrastructure and modern amenities. The college is spread over 30 acres, and 50% of the area is kept green for a healthy environment. BGU  campus has various facilities such as multi-media studios, residential accommodation for students, faculty and staff, gym, health centre, playgrounds, cafeteria, and turk shop. The classrooms at Birla Global University are well-equipped with the latest multimedia facilities. The state-of-the-art library at BGU provides access to world-class facilities for academic learning. The hostels and classrooms at BGU are fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi facility.

Birla Global University provides and on off-campus hostel facility to students. The hostels have modern facilities. The hostel rooms at BGU are provided on a single or twin sharing basis. A medical centre at the BGU hostel is available for students 24/7. The campus has an ambulance service in case of emergency medical care. The canteen at BGU provides delicious and hygienic breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc. The tuck Shop on the campus caters to the basic requirements of students such as stationery, packed food items, toiletries, etc. Xerox facility and mobile recharge facility are also available at the tuck shop.

BGU has adequate on & off campus hostel facilities for the students. Both hostels provide at-par ultra modern living environs. Rooms in hostels can be used on single or twin sharing basis. The hostels are designed to provide a proper mix of privacy & a unique social experience. We have a fully equipped Medical Center with a full time senior resident doctor ably assisted by reputed visiting doctors and other attending staff. An Ambulance is available on campus 24 X 7 to meet any medical emergency.

Facilities are available on campus to engage students in several sporting activities throughout the year. The sports conduit organises various events both within the institute and also takes on the responsibility of forming teams for different competitions in intercollegiate events.

The executive members organise various functions and festivals with the help of other student volunteers. To date, Independence Day, Janmasthami, Ganesh Chaturti etc. have been organised on the campus.

Organises quizzes and debates within the campus and also ensures participation of teams in intercollegiate events. One such team participation was in SRARX 2013 event conducted by IMI, Bhubaneswar. The team from BIMTECH, won the first prize.

The members of this club are responsible for recording the various events on and off the campus through the ‘eye of the lens’. Records of all the memories captured are then maintained in the library for future use.
