The Centurion University of Technology and Management has infrastructure development plans, with regards to buildings, for a period of five years based on the programmes forecast, admissions and other requirements. The expansion in the existing courses or launching of new courses of CUTM is proposed by the Head of Departments. The feasibility of such courses is studied as per the market trends and University strength.
CUTM has been constructed over a large area of land and the campus of CUTM is one of a kind. Measures have also been taken to provide facilities for students and staff who are physically challenged. Ramps have been constructed at the library, hostels, and classrooms. Other infrastructural facilities such as hostels, mess etc. are also provided to the students and staff in order to ensure the proper working of the institution.

Labs And Infrastructure
The college of CUTM is well supported with department laboratories for a wider understanding of the subjects. Each department lab is managed by a skilled technician who also provides support to students in practical understanding. The entire CUTM campus is Wi-Fi enabled for internet access for staff and students.

The library of CUTM is equipped with modern infrastructure and e-resources. Apart from plenty of books and journals, the college has subscriptions like Delnet, IEEE Xplore, J gate and others.

Clubs
CUTM offers a plethora of activities ranging from drama, dance, music, handicraft, photography, NCC, NSS, etc. for a wider enrichment of the students in the course.

Sports
The campus of CUTM incorporates a vast area devoted to leisure and sports which allows diverse participation towards extracurricular and sports activities. Several outdoor games like cricket, volleyball, football, badminton, tug of war, and many more are available at the CUTM campus to keep the students fit for regular physical activity. The sports club also offers many indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis etc.
