Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University BSc : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: Environment of college is very good , the teaching staff of my department is very experienced and their skill of teaching is very good, specially the practical knowledge they providing the students is really good, faculty is also good. This college is big and beautiful. The faculties of this college are awesome. The food of canteen is good. The security system of this college is also good.

Placement: The placement officer organises and shares the prepared brochures for that academic year which is shared across domain specific industries, colleges and other research institutions

Hostel: The hostels are nicely-maintained and provide important amenities which includes spacious rooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, laundry offerings, and 24/7 protection to ensure a secure and secure residing space.

Placement: It was one of the top colleges in Navi Mumbai. Placements were very good. Around 700 students got placed in this course. Internships were not offered at this college.

Infrastructure: Our college building was good and attractive. Our campus had greenery all around. Parking area was available for vehicles. Sports were conducted. Canteens were very good.

Faculty: Faculty members were very good. They were well-experienced. Lab sessions were conducted very seriously. Two-semester exams were conducted in each academic year. Professors were well qualified in this college. All faculty members graduated from Pune University with master's degrees. Most of them prefer to teach in English. The teaching quality was better.

Overall: As a computer science aspirant, apart from engineering, BCA was a good option to enter the field of computer science and applications. Our college conducted fests like Aarambh. The fee was Rs. 35,000 per year. As there were some changes at the university, the fee was increased after our course. A new course was introduced in our college in collaboration with TCS and others. The same fee was applicable to our batch, which was charged at the time of admission. For new batches, fees have been increased as per the different courses.

Placement: It was one of the first batches, so only a few students were admitted, and placements were not good. Our batch got placement support from the college, but most placements were from off-campus drives. The salary package offered was about 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Companies like Squareyard, NetCoreCloud, etc., were the recruiters. Internships were average or below average. Nowadays, as the college grows in terms of faculty members and infrastructure, it will focus more on placements. Roles offered were software developers, junior software engineers, etc.

Infrastructure: The campus was well maintained. It had a good infrastructure. Computer labs, Wi-Fi facilities, and libraries were good. There was a hostel on the campus. There were several food facilities, such as a mess and a canteen. There were medical facilities, as there was a hospital on the corner of the campus. Playgrounds were well maintained.

Faculty: Faculty members were supportive and skilled. Faculty members in every department had good coordination. They provided practical knowledge by conducting industrial visits. Semester exams were moderate. Theoretical exams were of 70 marks and internal exams were of 30 marks. As it was a private university, it had its own set of rules for conducting exams.

Overall: I chose the course on myself but teachers and non-teaching staff made my interest in the course.. We have a different section for professional courses and degree courses.. Exams are conducted at proper time.. and class tests and unit exams are also conducted which helps a student to practice for the board exam

Placement: After 2nd year is over you get to choose wheather you're doing internship or a full/part-time job. The university itself offers to plenty of the internship opportunities for the students in order to prepare you for the real life adventure. Most of the students get internship in their 2nd year. Some people started preparing for the government exams from their final year just like me.

Infrastructure: Campus life in the college is good for every student.. We enjoyed a lot played games.. If a student wants he/she can join the nss group, cultural committee which are part of the student council.. Our college is good in sports too.. Best coach is available for training the students interested in sports...

Faculty: Teacher to student ratio is 1:13 Teachers are highly skilled.. and can explain each and every topic in a good and interesting way. No complaints about the teaching faculty and even non teaching staff is very friendly with each student.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very good. Students are provided with best facilities. Faculty are also very good. The infrastructure is good it has 3 canteens and the lab is also good with all equipment. Hostel is also very near to library is also very huge. There are digital libraries available to access.

Faculty: Very good faculty members and they are full experience persons in this college, they provide good knowledge for students , they always support students any kind doubts or problems they can easily as per subject wise

Hostel: The hostel facility and accommodation is available for both boys and girls. The hostel is governed under the supervision of group of Head wardens. They assure us safety with basic amenities for students.

Overall: This university is very great and it has a great infrastructure also. The colleges are very big of the university. So many great campuses are available of this university. This universities also providing almost all the resources to their students.

Placement: The placement of this university is very great and so many student has got the best placement after graduating from this university. This university is very famous worldwide.

Faculty: The faculty of this university is very great they have to many year of knowledge and experience to teaching the students. The faculty are very smart and very intelligent.

Hostel: The hostels are very big of this university and this universities providing best hostel and best rooms to their students. The hostel is very big and the rooms are also very clean and big.

Overall: Campus life is the best part of this college. You will get to connect with multiple disciplinary departments and international students are also present if you are lucky enough to get them as colleagues. They have achieved great academic upshots by imparting quality education. The campus is full of greenery and is located in a safe area. The college has a good placement record, with many top companies visiting the campus to recruit students.

Placement: Placements are good enough, our seniors are placed at very good organisations.They are placed in their desired firm and job role .Manh top-notch campanies came to hire you.

Infrastructure: University have very beautiful infrastructure which is very much satisfied to the students. Its organised well both inside and out with all necessary facilities. Libraries have all necessary books. Hostel facilities , medical facilities, are also available.

Faculty: Faculties are very supportive and help us in every part of our studies. They encourage us for new skills that develop your skills so that you can achieve your goal. Faculties also organise activities so that our knowledge can developed.

Hostel: Hostel facility is good but not so good.Mess facility is almost good. Hostel fees is around Rs 70000 per year including food facility,.There are many rooms in college hostel and each room is sharable. Minimum 2 students must be in each room

Overall: Best ever clg for me because there no tention for daily attendance and this is the best for me really I don't know about my course

Overall: This college is overall a good college for this particular field BSC cs, this college has a good supporting staff and faculty, This University is also good for sports and 75 percentage attendance is also compulsory.

Placement: Placement of Chhatrapati Shivaji maharaj university is kind of average you have IBM, TCS, GODREJ, Infosys, etc if the student is good then someone will pick him up so there is no need to worry about placements too

Infrastructure: The Infrastructure in this university is the best compared to other colleges near to it, This University has a gym, 20 computer labs with good wifi, 200+ classrooms, every floor has sperate toilets, Lift, sports room, 8 science lab, you get private buses for traveling and more

Faculty: The faculty of this college is avg you get well educated teachers and there are more than 100 faculty for different, different fields but talking about my course faculty BSC(cs) and IT get the same faculty and they take regular lectures there is also a doubt session kept by the teachers every week so you don't have to worry about the things you don't understand.

Hostel: Hostel of this college is mediocre the food is good and the rooms are also near to the block of Rajgad and Pratapgad (this block contains class room where all the lectures are held ) This block are in 2 min walking distance, Room are clean there's a cleaner to clear your room, and More good stuff for you!
