The CII Institute of Hospitality Chennai offers two types of programmes. At the undergraduate level, the institute offers a Bachelor in Tourism and Hotel Management programme. At the diploma level, the institute offers three diploma programmes: the Swiss International Culinary Professional Diploma, the Swiss International Food & Beverage Service Professional Diploma, and the Swiss International Rooms Professional Diploma. All CII Institute of Hospitality courses are offered full-time only (regular mode).

For CII Institute of Hospitality admission, candidates need to meet the minimum marks requirement in their qualifying exam (usually 12th grade). The specific marks required vary depending on the programme candidates choose, however, the institute requires a minimum of 45% aggregate for admission.
