Main market arena is also nearest to college,

Overall: Good Aspects are Tge teachers and Professors are excellent and very much professional to their works,, the area surrounding the college,, the seniors are helpful also The cultural part in our college is well above than the others,, the auditorium of college is the largest in the state. Bad aspects are , The campus surroundings should be more clean.. The hospital surroundings are not that much clean and fresh Hostel campus should be more clean and the road near it,,ther should be more lamps.
Placement: Well, this question doesn't apply technically, we go for internships in our final year and with the deficit doctors are facing, no one really thinks on placement. I am still a student of 2nd year. Yes, internship is must to become a registered medical practitioner. Clinical rotations take you from medicine to surgery to obstetrics to pediatrics. You get to know and experience the foundation of your future while on it. The stipend amount is 20k a month.
Infrastructure: The college is located in Kalyani which is close to Kolkata it's green and it's calm. The best thing about the medical profeesion is that you get to know about people you get to learn good stuffs of different varieties living close with your friends enjoying a good social life and the best thing the reputation and bright future. College is a government college with a minimal fees and great infrastructure teachers are good and well equipped with all facilities. The environment in Kalyani is good for studies.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio in our medical college is around 1:15. This ensures us to get enough attention and quality education. In our first year,, Anatomy and Biochemistry faculties are liked by me because they are Supportive,,approachable,,experienced and student friendly. I have had a bitter sweet experience with Physiology department as in my opinion...they can be more student friendly,,the teaching can be more interesting and effective.. They can be less strict.. There are Part tests,,class tests,,trimesters and university exam in first year. Some students due to various reasons,,fails to clear the final exam.. The course curriculum is much relevant.
