Admisison to Government Polytechnic Pune courses is through CAP round of counselling. However, the Government Polytechnic Pune cutoff 2024 is yet to be released. For now, students can check the previous year's cutoffs to obtain a general idea if they will be able to get admission in 2024 or not. As you mentioned in the question you got 80.40%, and in 2022 the marks required for admission to Diploma in Computer Engineering were 94.20% for NGOPENH, 95% for NLOPENH, 70.60% for NPHCH, 92.80% for TGOPENH, 78.20% in TLSTH, 96.60% for NGOPENO, 94.60% for TGOPENO, etc. Therefore, it is possible for you to get admission to Government Polytechnic Pune for Diploma in Computer Engineering in 2024 if you belong to a category with lower marks requirement.
