Since you have completed the class 12 examination and you have your result, you can now apply for admission to UG courses. Government College Hisar course list includes various UG courses like BA, BCom, and BSc. These courses are offered in various specialisations, and you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in the class 12 exam. Since you scored 65% in class 12, you are definitely eligible for GC Hisar courses. Keep in mind that the college offers admission on the basis of a merit list drawn up using the class 12 score of all the applicants. Therefore, wether you will be selected for admission or not will solely depend on the applicants of the current year.

The first Physical open Counselling was held on July 26, 2023, for admission to Government College Hisar. You will be able to find the merit list on the college’s official website (gchisar.edu.in). On the official website, you have to go to the ‘Notice’ section, from where you will then be able to view the merit list for UG admission.

GC HIsar application form can be filled out from the official website of the Directorate of Higher Education Haryana. The official website link for the application form of GC HIsar is 'https://admissions.highereduhry.ac.in/'. You will need to register as a new student and then log into your account and fill out the required details. The application form will ask for the name of the college, course name, education qualification, caste certificate, and other information. Fill it out and submit the application.

As per the notification released on August 17, 2023, concerning the first open physical counselling, the PG-I session 2023-24 for new admission at Government College Hisar will begin on August 21, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the college campus. The last date for fee deposit, physical counselling and document verification is also August 21, 2023. Hence, you must visit the campus to complete the admission process before the deadline.

The total student seat intake of M.Sc Mathematics course at Government College Hisar is 60. To get admission in the M.Sc Mathematics course, you have to ensure that you have completed your graduation in the same specialisation. Since the seat intake of the courses is limited, the authorities offer admission on a merit basis and for some courses, on the basis of entrance examination results. Hence, you must check the complete eligibility criteria for your desired course before applying.

Government College, located in Hisar, Haryana offers a three-year-long B.Sc programme. It is offered under six specialisations namely, Medical (160 - intake), Bio-Technology (40 - intake), Non-Medical (240 - intake), Computer Science (80 - intake), Computer Application (50 - intake) and Mathematics Honours (50 - intake). The fee structure of GC Hisar for B.Sc is Rs 6,400.

Yes, a student from a different college will be able to participate in the open counselling for admission at Government College Hisar. Open counselling is done as per affiliating University/ State Government norms. The students whose admission is confirmed have to submit their original migration certificate to the college within 10 days of admission. Admission is ensured if they have passed the qualifying examination from any Board other than the Board of School Education Haryana.
