Late Babu Adul Barkat Saheb and Late Janab Ahmad Saheb, B.A., who served as the college's first president and secretary, respectively, also served the institution in a selfless manner. They worked hard, and as a result, the college developed into a post-graduate establishment with faculties of the arts, social sciences, commerce and teacher preparation (B.Ed.).
