GITAM HBS Hyderabad Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

GITAM HBS offers admission to a range of courses at the UG and PG level. Students at the institute are free to choose multi-disciplinary streams such as B. Com (HONS) with ACCA, BBA CIMA, and MBA with specializations (Financial Markets, Marketing Management, Business Analytics etc). Students are given admission for various courses basis their performance in the entrance exam, GD and PI. 

In order to pursue the pioneering course in management at the institute, all aspirants are required to qualify the GITAM HBS Hyderabad MBA Eligibility Criteria 2021. As per the criteria:

• Candidates must have a valid bachelors degree in any stream from a recognised university or institution. The bachelor’s degree should have been for a course with a duration of a minimum of 3 years.

• All applicants should have secured 50% aggregate score in the qualifying exam, prior to applying for admissions.

• Candidates should a valid score in one of the MBA entrance exams such as XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, NMAT, GMAT, etc. Those who have not appeared for anyone of the courses will be asked to sit for the entrance test that will be conducted by the college itself.

• Candidates currently pursuing their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible for the course, provided they are able to present the Institute with the valid scorecard from the bachelor’s college.

GITAM HBS Hyderabad MBA Selection Process 2021

For those aspiring for the PG management programme, the Institute will invite the applicants to complete the GITAM HBS Hyderabad MBA selection process 2021. GITAM Hyderabad Business School admission guidelines state that the candidates will be selected for the course based on their performance in under different parameters, such as entrance test scores, group discussion and personal interview.

For MBA, candidates must have appeared for any one of the MBA Entrance Exams, i.e. CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, NMAT or ATMA. The college will select the candidates who have scored more than 70 percentile in CAT exam. Selected candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview. Final admission will be provided on the basis of candidates' overall performance in the entrance test, group discussion, and personal interviews.

IN order to pursue any one of the undergraduate courses at the Institute, all management aspirants are required to satisfy the required GITAM HBS Hyderabad B.Com, BBA and BMS Eligibility Criteria 2021, which is as follows:

• Candidates need to have cleared their class 12 board examination in any stream from a recognised board of education.

• They will also need to ensure that they have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

• Candidates who wish to pursue BBA in Business Analytics, Emerging Technologies, Financial Investment Analysis or BMS in Aviation & Air Cargo should have studied and cleared Mathematics or Statistics in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates who are currently appearing for their board examination are also eligible for the course, provided they are able to provide a valid proof of the qualifying marks by August 2021.

Once all the respective eligibility criteria have been met, the candidates will be able to complete the GITAM HBS Hyderabad Application Process 2021. The interested candidates will be able to apply for any of the UG and PG courses in online mode. Here are the steps you must follow:

• On the official website, candidates must register themselves as new applicants. An application number will be generated once you have been registered as a new applicant.

• Using the Application Number as the password and your registered Email ID, you must log in to the official website of the institute.

• Once Logged in, you will be able to fill out the application form, enter the correct and complete information on the application form and submit the form.

• While submission, candidates must ensure that the digital copy of their photograph should not exceed a file size of 50KB.

• All other documents that are required to be uploaded on to the website should only be in PDF format.

• Once you have uploaded the necessary documents, you will be required to pay the application fee as prescribed by the college. The application fee can be paid via NET Banking and Credit or Debit Card. The application fee for UG and PG courses are as follows:

  • UG Application Fee - ₹600

  • MBA Application Fee - ₹700

• Once the payment has been made, applicants are advised to keep a copy of the application number and download the completed application form for future reference.

Note:

Applicants are advised to take a printout of the receipt for the payment of application fee. This will be used for further processing.

Once you have successfully completed the application process, you will be intimated for the GITAM HBS Hyderabad B.Com, BBA and BMS selection process 2021. As per the admission guidelines, all students who qualify for the course will be called for a personal interview. All prospective candidates will be selected based on their performance in the personal interview.

Candidates who are shortlisted for after the interview will be contacted by the GITAM Hyderabad Business School.
