There are many meritorious students who possess enormous talent in the aviation industry but are financially very weak. To help out such meritorious students, the Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering (IAE), Bhopal conducts a scholarship examination – “Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering Common Entrance Test (IAE-CET).”
Based on the ranking in this examination, one can avail a seat at the Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering (IAE), Bhopal. But just appearing in this scholarship examination will not ensure a seat in the Aircraft Maintenance Course. For availing that in the prestigious Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering, aspirants are required to register themselves either online via www.iaecet.in and secure a respectable rank at the examination
For admission in the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in accordance with CAR-66 & CAR-147 approved Institute, a candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination with PCM (physics, chemistry, and mathematics) or have completed a three-year approved diploma in any of the streams.

Aspirants are admitted on a ‘first-come, first-served' basis depending on available seats and also on the basis of IAECET score. Selected aspirants must make the payment of the admission fee, library fee, uniform fee and 1stst semester fee at the time of joining.
Once the fee and documents are submitted, you will receive a confirmation letter of admission and a joining letter from the institution. Further formalities will be informed to the aspirants/parents through the letter, if any. A batch will be allotted to the aspirants on the day of admission based on the course they chose. The student Id card will be given after completion of the enrolment process.
The Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering (IAE) admission process starts in February 2023 and closes in June 2023 (tentatively).
