The members from participating companies interact with students via guest lectures, live projects, business through leadership sessions, etc., and inform them about the profiles and roles being offered. They can be conducted any time before the pre-interview screening.
The companies can conduct a pre-interview screening before they proceed with the interviews if they wish to. In this step, the companies review the student's personal data interested in the particular position, which typically includes their CV and their profiles, perceptions, and areas of interest. The students are selected from this screening basis their CVs to give final selection tests or interviews.
Finally, the students selected from the pre-interview screening (if any) conducted by the company are required to give various final selection tests. These include a final round of written tests, group discussions, and interviews. The companies then announce the results at the end of the final selections.
If any selected student fails their final year, the companies have to cancel their offer letters. However, GDGU prepares the students to be ready for the corporate environment in every way possible.
