ICCS Pune BCA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: I am currently pursuing my bca course from Indira college of commerce and science. I'd say if your looking for having a great college campus this college isn't it. The location of this college is a very big issue that I have faced.Then when is comes to academics usually teachers just read the ppt's in the class. But few teachers are good and they actually teach you. On the nice part there are various guest lecture arranged for students to attend. This college also motivates you to take part in various co-curriculum activities that you can get certificate from and further add to your resumes.There are also events like Gusto where it's all fun and you can show your skills at.

Placement: Many companies come for the placement and hiring. College arranges pre placement talks with companies and the placement department provides you with information regarding it.You have to meet certain criteria and should be eligible for placements like your attendance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is does the job. I mean it has basketball court and that's about it.the campus is actually small it had business, pharmacy building and the IT building called Dhruv.has canteen also provides with hostel facility for girls only.But the best part is canteen we do have a decent canteen and have gym in campus.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are quite experienced and have been teaching for 10+ years. But one thing I'd like to point out is how few of them teach from ppt than actually explaining.its fine for theoretical subjects but for programming subjects such as Java it was a problem.

Hostel: I do not live in hostel but my friend does it is quite decent hostel. And as it is only girls hostel so it is safe. They provide with mess facilities as well.

Overall: Indira college of commerce And science comes under Indira group of institute.affilated with Savitribai phule pune University.Also rank 13th in India.The facilities and faculty of Indira college is very nice.Also helps students to find there passion and interest into learning.

Placement: Placements of Indira are good.it has 80% of placement rates..The students have many sessions for personality development,how to crack interviews,soft skills,etc...Many big company visits college for pre placement talk and has campus drive.Also students are offered interships.

Faculty: The faculty of Indira college of commerce And science is highly educated.As there are many department of various courses, different faculties are allocated to different courses.They are very kind, helpful, motivational and good career guide of students.The teaching ways of faculty is very understandable.

Hostel: Hostel facilities in Indira college is very good.The single room of hostel has 2 accommodation.The room has its separate washroom inside itself.The mess facility for the hostel student is available.Also the iron and kettle is available.The hostel has 4 floors,each floor has separate washing machine.warden mam also have separate room on first floor.Attendence is taken everyday.Also tv facility is given in hostel for the entertainment propose.
