Admissions at Ideal Institute of Nursing is an annual process where aspirants can be admitted to the desired course. To get admission, every candidate should fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the institute and go through the selection process established by the university. Students should qualify for the various entrance tests accepted by the university i.e. JENPAUH for B.Sc. and viva and written examination for GNM. To take admission in both courses, the candidate should be medically fit and various medical tests are conducted for the same once the candidate is shortlisted. Several documents must be presented to the admissions offices to verify and secure the seat for the desired course.

Students need to pass the Class 12 Examination or equivalent from a recognised board/Council with a minimum of 50% marks in Aggregate to get admission in the GNM course at Ideal Institute of Nursing.
Students need to pass the 10+2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Vernacular and achieve desirable performance in the joint entrance (JENPAUH) examination conducted by the university to get admission in B.Sc.(Nursing) course at Ideal Institute of Nursing.
