While we agree that studying MA from a government college will be a lot cheaper than studying in a private college, and before discussing minimum fees, let's get to the main point - your marks. Admission to government college is very much in demand, because of the degree that will be awarded and high cut-off marks for admission. 

So, rather than asking which government college will offer minimum fees, the right way to go about it is to evaluate that basis your marks, which college/s are yuo eligible to apply. Once you have shortlisted the colleges, you can share their names and then we can assist you with the minimum fees from your shorlist.
