The IILM Academy of Higher Learning Lucknow placement cell also known as the Career Development Cell (CDC) has the mission to provide students with job-related skills. Every year, around 100 campus drives in various industries are held at the campus. The goal of the Centralised Placement Drives is to place students in companies that attract national talent. Prior to each campus drive, a bespoke Pre-placement presentation is scheduled. Every year, over 60 such drives are attended by students from the campus during the IILM Lucknow placement process. Students can participate in the selection processes of significant brands and top-tier worldwide corporations through this supplemental service. The IILM placement training develops self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who believe in the continuous growth of knowledge, skills, and attitude.

IILM Lucknow Summer Internship

After completing the first year of the programme, students complete a two-month summer internship in their choice area of specialisation in any corporate organisation during the months of May and June. The goal of the summer internship is to assist students to apply what they've learned in class to real-world situations, to make them aware of business practises, and to develop a feeling of discipline in them. It is required training for all students and is equivalent to two full courses.

Through various industry interaction events, IILM Academy of Higher Learning Lucknow aspires to focus on the holistic development of its students. The goal is to connect students with industry experts, build relationships with employers and give students a platform to apply their conceptual knowledge in an organisational situation.
