The Institute of Information Technology and Management placement cell is known as the Industry Partnership Centre (IIPC). It was established in the year 2004 to enhance the relationship between the Institute and the Industry. The primary function of the IIPC is to promote Institutional preparedness and meet industrial demands by organizing internships, seminars, workshops, and various such developmental activities.
The IIPC also helps students get acquainted with new technologies and soft skills. The main aim of the cell is to interact with significant companies and create employment opportunities across various platforms in many industries. The T&P Cell at the Institute is committed to fulfilling the students' career objectives and then bridging the gap between the employment sector and the human resources needed to meet the demands.
The IITM Janakpuri cell also believes in equipping the faculty members with the latest teaching practices to teach the students to the best of their capacities and make them industry-ready by the time they graduate.

Institute of Information Technology and Management Placements Year-Wise Trends
In 2019 to 20229, students from the department of MCA were placed in various companies. Similarly, 20 students received placement offers from the MBA program in various companies. 50 students from BCA received placement opportunities in 2019-2022. 29 students from BBA were offered placements in various companies like Wipro, Jaro Education, Travclan, etc. in the year 2019-2020.

The Training and Placement Cell actively works towards providing summer internships to students in various departments like B Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA. Many MBA students have done their summer training from companies and Institutions like Sharekhan, Outlook, University of Minnesota, ICCI Bank, etc.
Placement: Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Aon Hewitt, ZS Associates, Accenture and many more offered placements to our college. Our college provides very good opportunities to those students who are willing to go for placements. 90 percent of students get placed. The highest package is INR 5 LPA, and the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA. Deloitte and HDFC Bank are the top recruiting companies. 80 percent of students get internships. Management roles are offered. There were many students who got selected for internship, and many of them also got jobs from good companies at a moderate level.
