Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad campus is situated at G.T. Road, Lal Quan, Ghaziabad-201 009, National Capital Region, India. The campus of IMS Ghaziabad has many facilities and clubs which make it attractive in terms of academics. The whole campus is surrounded by the eco-friendly environment and lush green lawns.

IMS Ghaziabad has a well furnished and well-designed separate hostel for boys and girls. The hostel of the college is equipped with many facilities such as a Separate Gym with the latest fitness equipment, Open Air Theater, Cafeteria, Regular medical check-up facility. An ATM Counter and Ambulance facility are also available at the hostel campus. Students admitting to the college may opt for hostel facility at the time of admitting to the college.

The lecture rooms of IMS Ghaziabad are installed with high-quality video and audio systems, projectors and lecture tables. These classrooms allow the students to attend lectures of processors from other reputed universities. Students can interact with the processors and industry experts live while sitting in the lecture room.

Academic Block of Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad campus plays a significant role in boosting up the personality and presentation skills of the students. Personality Development sessions are organised at the Academic Block and Seminar Hall available on the college campus.

The auditorium available at the college campus provides a seating capacity to around 400 students. The whole Auditorium is well furnished and equipped with the latest audio-visual system and a good quality air conditioner. All the events, seminars and symposiums hosted by IMS Ghaziabad are organised at the auditorium.

The campus of IMS Ghaziabad runs many clubs including Finance Club, Marketing Club (Markowitz), Saksham: The HR Club Evidence of excellence and Aayam Operation Club. The idea behind having these many clubs is to expose students to cultural events according to their interest. The computer lab of the college has eight servers including HCL Server (Windows Server 2003, ISA & Fedora),  IBM Core 2 Quad Server and other Intel-Based Servers.

    One of the key contributors to an intensive learning experience is living on campus. A well furnished and aesthetically designed hostel with separate wings for boys and girls has been constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students, at Adhyatmic Nagar, Delhi Hapur Road, NH-24, Dasna, Ghaziabad. Lush green lawns with an eco-friendly environment surrounds the hostel. For leisure and recreation, both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are made available in the hostel. A well-equipped gymnasium helps the students to keep fit on a activity packed day at the institute. Access to library and Internet facilities are also made available to students. The hostel also provides hygienic meals, laundry and ironing facilities, round the clock transport facility, a PCO with STD and ISD facility which gives students a homely as well as a professional atmosphere.

Finance Club nurtures and enhances the fin quotient of the students and fosters an environment that encourages a culture of continuous learning and application of the same. The club has been formed with an objective of sharing knowledge and information about the financial sector and bringing about active participation. It is the most popular forum of knowledge sharing in finance, beyond the realms of classroom; it includes workshops, guest lectures, games, and quizzes. The club organizes a number of events such as Business Quiz, Role Play Competition , Money Magic, IPO watch, Apna Sapna Money Money etc. In addition to these the students also organize "FINNACLE " - The Finance Fest.

The marketing Club of IMS was constituted with the objective to provide avenues to our budding managers for exploring and discovering their hidden potential. It is a platform for unleashing their creativity and innovation through organization of various competitive events based on current marketing scenario prevailing in India & world wide. Till date, various events like MarkT Vyom (Marketing Quiz Competition) MarkT Aaknti ( Bill-Board Designing Competition on the Theme "Protect Girl child "), AD-diction ( Unlimited Innovations) , MarkT Sangram (The Ultimate Marketing Enigma), MarkT Kala have been organized by this club. Marketing Club IMS also organizes an Annual Inter-Institute Marketing Festival, MarkT Fest which is a blend of diverse events. In these events, the students not only participate wholeheartedly but also learn the intricacies of marketing concepts, which enable them to hone their organizing and marketing skills. Besides this, Marketing Club IMS runs a regular Wall Magazines, MarkT Zine, which displays current articles regarding the happenings in the field of Marketing & Advertising.

In an endeavor to achieve excellence, Saksham the HR Club constantly organizes innovative and meaningful event, that delivers experiment based learning activities built around cquiring knowledge as well as having fun and adventure. Our HR fest is specially designed for preparing the students to achieve excellence in their professional careers. It organizes workshops, guest lectures, games, and quizzes. Till date, various competitive events were organized by Saksham; the HR club. Some of them are Juggernauts, Whizkid, Synergims 2010, Aaron 2011. They comprised of many sub events like Creative Punch (to enhance and assess the creativity level of the students), Sangathan, Team it up (a competitive game to develop the team sprit), Abhiney (a situation based role play), theme based documentary film and many other events. Saksham also runs an annual e – magazine of HR, named; "COMPETENCE" which is completely handled by Core Committees and Editorial Committee of HR students under the guidance and supervision of faculty in charge. The students of different streams are encouraged to contribute in this magazine.

It is a platform for enthusiasts to nurture and enhance their theoretical foundations and application in the field of Strategy and Operations Management. This Operation Club of IMS Ghaziabad has been formed with an objective of sharing knowledge and information in the areas of Systems and Operations. Members are updated on the latest trends and developments in these fields by regular club meetings. Key activities of the club include various strategic games related to Operations and Systems (Quizzes, SCM and Strategic Games etc.), Workshop , Guest lectures, Individual and Group Projects in the field of Strategy, system & operations and Industrial visits.
