Overall: JLU has a very beautiful campus surrounded in nature but lacks at management not good in terms of management. College timings are also not good with very unorganised time table for classes.

Placement: As per my experience if you have good connections and skills with faculties and department you can crack any placement opportunities. Not every one gets that chance.

Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure its damm good no doubt with three floors library in pyramid that is center for attraction of the university. Good interiors in very building.

Faculty: Some Faculty is very good and supportive, helping in each and every aspect where as some are not. Good teaching and training environment provided here

Hostel: Hostel timings are terrible and due to tiger moment in the college it is very unsafe to even roam around the campus. Rooms did't have personal washroom all have to share them.

Overall: All the program are done on a large scale as everyone has to participate. And we celebrate every festival. Our college supports every religion and follows them and celebrate their festivals and the are been provided priority.

Placement: Our college offers excellent placement opportunities with a strong network of renowned companies such as Wipro, Intel, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, and Reliance. The starting package is 9 Lacs per annum, while the highest package goes up to 13 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The college hostel is known for its excellent facilities, including well-maintained rooms and modern infrastructure. Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay for the students. Moreover, the hostel provides delicious and hygienic food, making it a great place to live.

Faculty: I chose the MBA course because of its extensive opportunities and the excellent design of the program at our college. The faculty members are not only knowledgeable but also polite and humble, making the learning experience even better. Each teacher has their unique teaching style, which keeps the classes interesting. Moreover, all the teachers are highly qualified, with some holding Ph.D. degrees. The course includes regular exams, as well as weekly tests and continuous comprehensive evaluations (CCE).

Hostel: The college doesnt have a hostel of it's own. The students of the college have to arrange for their own accomodation. There are many private hostels and pgs nearby the college campus where the rents are also affordable.

Placement: Placements in JLU SOET are very good. According to the capabilities, eligible students get placed on the campus placements. You can check about the placements on their facebook page. One of my classmates got a summer internship in Google Summer of Code.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is enabled with the Wi-Fi facility to students. Labs are well-furnished, and the whole block is given to labs. If you are choosing to take engineering, then you have to work very hard and don't worry, you will get time on weekends to play games. If you are staying at hostel, you will get time in the evening to play games.

Faculty: Faculty members in JLU SOET are very down to earth and supportive. The students can get for any help from faculty members. We have individual groups on Whatsapp and other social media platforms so that we get help at any time. Faculty members are very friendly, and at some point, they will be like our family.

Hostel: I have taken hostel which is very good and close to the mess u can see your whole college from your window. In hostel we get an almirah, bed, study table, with AC and non AC room both also provide a kitchen with induction and refrigerator. It has one drawing room where there is a tv. Bathroom is also so good and hygiene with geyser. The hostel always cleaned on daily routine and also sanitized once a week. In mess we get different types of food which are full of proteins, vitamins and minerals. There is a gym and indoor sports room for hostlers which are very good and also there is one instructor who keep giving us guidance. And provides wifi 24*7 with high speed.

Life at JLU School of journalism and communication from my lens.

Overall: My experience at JLU has been amazing. The exposure it provides is excellent. Be it in workshops, international seminars with world-renowned personalities, fests etc. I personally can say that I have grown more as a person since I joined JLU. The professors are going to encourage you to hit the ground running and give you a ton of opportunities to build your portfolio with published work. In this program, you don’t have to wait until graduation to start following your dreams. In the first academic year, the program is writing intensive and based in introductory theories to journalism and media. In this time, I learned how to write essays at a university level and to read the news regularly. Then, the classes began to take on a more critical focus of journalism. I started to ask questions like “Is the author of this article framing the news to a particular narrative?” and “How can I avoid bias in my own writing?” This year was pivotal in my development as a journalist. I learned how to be ethical and responsible in my writing.
