I would say that Maris stella college in Vijayawada is a most preferable college in Vijayawada.It has the best staff and courses but it is not kind of expensive still the quality of education is good .

The college is proud to point out that it was one of the first institutions in the state to volunteer for accreditation by NAAC in 1999. The college was granted autonomy in 2003. It submitted itself for the second cycle of assessment in 2006, and was re-accredited at the A level. In the same year, the college was  recognized as a ‘College with Potential for Excellence’ (CPE) and continue to enjoy this status in the second phase, from 2014. The college has been re-accredited at the ‘A’ level in the third cycle of assessment completed in 2013.
