Lexicon MILE Placement Statistics 2021

At the start of their final year of the Lexicon MILE PGDM programme, along with the other subjects and assignments of trimesters 4th, 5th, and 6th, students are required to spend a minimum of nine months on a paid internship project at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence. This experience involves corporate stints with brand companies in different sectors of FMCG, banking, insurance, manufacturing, consultancy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automobile, telecom, IT etc. The extended Lexicon MILE internship programme allows students to maximise their return on investment (ROI) from the PGDM programme while also helping companies assign students to long-term work assignments that ultimately lead to full-time employment with individual companies.

Lexicon MILE Winter Internship Project

One of the USPs of the Lexicon MILE Pune PGDM programme is its winter internship programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Forests to comprehend and meet the global need to produce socially and environmentally conscious managers for the corporate world of today. Additionally, Lexicon MILE is enthusiastic about expanding its CSR initiatives for the benefit of society as a whole. The winter internship project at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence seeks to give students a life-changing experience of being in the middle of society and nature in order to create future management professionals who are socially and environmentally sensitive. 

In collaboration with the Pune Traffic Police, PMC departments, NGOs, and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence conducts WIPs. These assignments, which are an essential component of the first-year course curriculum at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence, are for a total of 100 marks.
