The goal of the college is to give women of this farming community an opportunity for their development, economic betterment of their families and simultaneous growth and development of the area through investment in education, infrastructure and industry. The college started originally in a rented space. But today we have our own buildings which are on par with global standards. The college is situated in a 30 acre plot and is looking to acquire more space based on the need. The main academic building supports class rooms, administrative offices, labs, center for music and contemporary arts, and a well stocked library with more than 30,000 books from the United States, supplemented by books from India. There is a guest house, and a residence hall on campus. The college has extensive sports facilities including basketball, field hockey, soccer, Olympic-size 8 lane track, tennis courts, volleyball, etc. Rainwater harvesting has been added in 2009. New facilities, plantings and gardens are added each year.
